People - BE VERY AWARE OF TESCO BEDFONT - OFTEN - I MEAN OFTEN - It has happened to me several times and now I decided to write about it.Tesco Express Bedfont is adding wrong price labels to their products. See Pictures - Crunchie Bar was labled as 70p when coming to the til was 90pKit Kat was showing 70p - a product they did not haveWhen I called the "manager" on Duty - who continuously insisted in calling me " Boss" - His sign of politeness. He said that people don't know they did not have the product - So in other words. "Let's fill in the shelf with anything it doesn't matter if the price is right or wrong" -You can see in the picture he removing the product.Now I wonder - If several products are at least 10p higher and customers do not complain. How much Tesco would be profiting at the end of the day?Also I suggest Tesco do some "customer service training" - Tesco employees should not be calling people "Boss" - extremely rude and bad EnglishAlso I was told I could not take picture because of DATA PROTECTION.NOW HOW COME THERE IS AN ELEMENT OF DATA PROTECTION ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE DISPLAYED ON THE SHELF AS WELL AS TESCO WEBSITE. It did make me laugh.Another joke about Tesco is - When trying to fill in the survey -Depending what your answers are - It will not take you to the comments page. Worthless.

I visited this outlet last week to buy some groceries for my home. When I was wandering to select one or two item, Sufiana who is one their staff helped me to help me. It was nice experience in this shop rather than other shop in here.

Been to the shop couple of times and the experience was lovely. A guy named roshan was very helpful when i needed the help once and every time i go there greats me with a smile ?

I have visited this Tesco yesterday and I?m please to say the staff was so professional and very helpful . I would like to mention one of the staff name call Roshan have given me a very professional customer service with friendly manner. Thank you Roshan .

Security guards are very friendly however some of the staff at Tesco's lack customer services. Went twice to this store today. The first time with my husband and two little children to buy groceries and cigarettes. The lady at the till did not ask for ID. I then went back by myself as it was rain husband and kids went back home but I forgot to buy beers. This time round the same women at the till who served us for the cigarettes asked for my ID. gave her my driving licence. She asked me to take my glasses off. Instead before calling for help from another staff to identify me from my driving licence. your staff showed one customer my driving licence with my personal detail like address and full name on it. This made me very uncomfortable you do not show customers other peoples ID for confidential reasons. Staff yes but no customers that?s principles in customer service. This staff has breached my confidentiality which I am really not happy about. I raised it with the manager who did not seem concerned at all but if it happened to him he will feel the same way. Very disappointing store

One of the very good Tesco branches near by home! It was a great experience as a customer so far! Staffs are very good, friendly, helpful and responsive

I live near here and I always get the donuts every time I go and their so good and the cashiers are nice so I give it a 5 star rating
