Same as Phil's review today. Was at the shop at 1045 waited till 1130am and shop still wasn't open. Had to leave and.making my way to the next 3 mobile shop in hounslow. The man who opened up what very dismissive and disregarding of customer waiting. What's the point putting up an opening time that you're not committed to...? Worst 3 mobile shop for me... first and last time visiting.

Very rude and disrespectful staff, came in to open shop 5 min before time, saw people waiting for him, went in and didn?t open the shop now 15mins past opening time 11:15am and he didn?t open the shop which was meant to open at 11am.I will be making a complaint about this.Disregarding customers and late opening than the time specified.

I've been with 3 for almost 2 years as I've got a 2 year contract with them and thankfully it's almost up, ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! the Internet is very slow to the point where it doesn't work at all, I can't always hear people when I talk to them on the phone. When I phone 3 about the signal and Internet issues they constantly say they r doing work in the area and It will improve but it never has.NEVER GOING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Hi Everyone,Today, Me & My Wife went into Town to do our weekly grocery shopping. We popped into the Feltham store to get our teenage son a sim card.They offered us the £5 per month deal and as a long-time Customer I also got my internet capacity increased from 4GB to 8GB.We are happy with the Customer Service of the young Indian lady - Megna, Manager Syed and the Team - Well Done!
