We were helped by Audrey today and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. And was quick to remind us that we were on a budget (when I wanted to see the bed with the TV ?). She was such a breathe of fresh air l, not too pushy or salesy.. Just guiding us to what we needed. I'm excited for our new bed and mattress to arrive in 5 days! Thanks Audrey for all your help. Absolutely amazing service from Audrey thankyou for being so attentive and so helpful! You advised us accordingly and took the time to explain all mattresses and bed frames in detail. You did not rush us and gave us time to pick out our bed and mattress. She also offered us an amazing brewed coffee :)Once again thank you for your help and due to your amazing help, we ended up spending over £5000. We couldn?t be any happier with the service we received here. She checked the details of the finance and of our order thoroughly before she submitted anything. You?re amazing Audrey !

We recently visited Dreams Finchley, with my wife to buy a bed and matrress for our new flat. Have to admit we had no idea what a good matrress should be like, or which bed to go for.With the help of Alistair, everything was so much more simple and we ended up purchasing both, with the confidence we did the right choice.
