The staff at the pharmacy are friendly and there is usually food stock/it?s ordered quickly if there isn?t. However, your advertised opening hours on Google and on the NHS website state you are open on Saturday mornings but you are not. Please update your working hours.

We have been going here for years, and we are really happy that we have a small independent pharmacy down the road. They are professional, really quick and receive prescriptions direct from the doctor. What else could you ask for?

Always has been our local Pharmacy and we wouldn't want it any other way. Great people, highly capable, extremely friendly, really efficient and go the extra mile. Always a " Can Do" attitude. I am exempt from wearing a face mask. I had to go to the Gordon Smith pharmacy, 176 Long Lane Finchley in an emergency. When I entered a staff member called out to me asking me to wear a mask. I politely responded that I am exempt. In front of colleagues and another customer the staff member again called out to me to explain why I am exempt.I responded by asking if it was appropriate to ask why I am exempt and said 'I'm pretty sure asking me goes again the Equalities Act' (Section 29 (5) (a). The staff member did not respond but I felt totally humiliated and embarrassed. Very angry this happened and shocked that a pharmacy would employ staff with such a flagrant disregard for GDPR Act 2018 as well as the Equalities and Disability Acts....total lack of discretion. Furious at the attempt to humiliate and bully me. The actual pharmacist did not apologise or correct her. Is this behaviour legal?
