Last week I had a most pleasant experience at our local Post Office in Finsbury Park. I needed some pictures printed and was assisted by a very kind and helpful lady, her name was Nazreen.She was very patient and friendly. We run into some troubles and printed some pictures in wrong formats for which I was not charged. The owner of the branch helped us out, he was also really helpful and even edited the pictures for me.The manger of the branch is another lovely lady - she normally works on the Travel money and is just so welcoming.It?s amazing to have a local Post Office where every visit is a pleasure!Thank you very muchZuzanna

Beautiful lady Alisha is so wonderful at her job. She has to deal with all the rude customers and still have a patient response to next customer. She has a very pressure job and not support. Well done and hope you go high

I came to the post office while it was busy and was getting late for my job centre appointment. Alicia took very nice photos of me. I came back and she help me with my oyster form and gave me the full advice on how to do my application for passport. Honestly serving all the customers and helping me she's amazing. Bless you

I was served by a staff and then waited 45 mins. Alicia saw me waiting for long and said to come over to her counter to help me with my enquiry a day sensing post to HM passport office. I was really happy with her professional services.

I normally dread the post office, but Alisha was such a gem when I went to renew my passport. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I had all the tracking info I needed, which was very reassuring!

We went there to get for visa passport photos. Azim was very helpful and understanding. He was nice to take multiple shorts for passport photos. Photo quality also came out good. Recommend going there.

Be prepared to wait forty minutes minimum to be served. I've tried to use the shop a few times but never been successful because the wait was too long. It took 20 minutes for one man to send a small international package as instructed by the cashiers. Everyone could hear the conversation, and it felt like barriers were being put in place pointlessly for him, and that they were intentionally going slow. There was also only one cashier working despite having three people working in the post office. Unfortunately they're the only place locally to offer a lot of the services, otherwise I'd go elsewhere. The wait was so long that I heard one woman say that she was going to be sacked for getting back so late. The fact that it's quite a big shop and there were people queueing outside the door is mad.Also saw some of the women be quite rude to other customers, if a customer asks a question they'll completely ignore it. Obviously people have questions when they're having to wait in a 40 minute queue to hear simple answers about the post office?! At various points people would go to the cashier to try to get an answer, and sometimes they'd be ignored, sometimes they'd be served on the spot.Just be prepared to wait and hope for the best.

Krishna she so lovely she just distressed for all hard on day. Coming in from her she makes to smiling again when, I was dealing with different things in my head. I came to the post office to re-new my passport. I was served be a lovely lady Alicia and she done it all for me without any stress or difficulty. Also shes a wonderful smiling cheerful woman liked her funny sense of humor.

Id like to say this is a busy post office and the ladies that work there know their business like no other i have been to, specially Alisha! She was helpful, kind and just knew how to deal with different types of costumers, because you know people will ask all sorts of stupid questions! Costumers service is the hardest job and if you have not done it, you will not understand when i say it takes strength to do it with a smile! Be nice to them and they will make your life easier! Anyway they are all superstars and deserve a raise! Bless
