I sometimes have good experiences with this tesco. Unfortunately, a regular occurrence is an early close. I come for a certain product at around 11:45 and the doors have been locked, staff are still inside and they refuse to open, they just shrug and ignore you. If the closing time is to be advertised as 12 then that is what should be adhered to at the doors. Hoping this will improve as this has happened several times and is hugely inconvenient.

Worst store ever the staff is completely incompetent I've been going since Friday every day searchimg for the same item they usually have only to realise that once the shelve is empty ( I think I might've gotten all of it) no one is bothered to restock. I followed them a few times those employees are useless and 99% of the time they do absolutely nothing looking bothered if you dare ask for a bag. ABSOLUTE DEBILS

Do not go to this tesco store if you do these are the few thinks will happen you might fallow by security because they think you come to store to still something or you might see something want buy it but check out says something else believe me l can go on and on finally but most importantly staff very very very RUDE ????????

Got served by a Tesco employee named Firat very helpful, friendly and welcoming, I made an enquiry regarding an item he was so willing to help, great customer service an amazing overall Tesco worker, he is exceeding all standards.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I was waiting to pay cash in the morning and the Indian man finally came and didn't even apologise or anything and he just put the money on the counter and walked off. So rude

Regular shopper here only as it's my closest shop. Security are horrible they need retraining, have been followed around twice by security which as a regular customer who had never stolen anything in my life completely ruins the experience. My girlfriend has had the same thing seprrstely to me. Have also been accused of not paying for a bag when I actually did and had the receipt to prove it. Shocking behaviour, the security stand watching over you at the self checkout as others have mentioned. They need to learn they re not police and treat customers with more respect as clearly from previous reviews I'm not the only person this has happen to. Sort it out or you will lose more customers.

Security guard on the door is super observant-when my partners phone was taken from her pocket she told him & cancelled her cards which were in the phone case, the bank said someone had used one in the store & spent £5. The security guard described the person & what he'd bought.At that point the thief returned again(!) "That's him" he said, he was caught,cards & phone returned!! Well done,great job, a credit to the store!!!!

Every time I shop here I pay for a bag through the self checkouts as there?s an option to add it on before you pay, when I go collect the bag the security guard always says ?are you gonna pay for that? or you need to pay for it. What?s the point in having the option to add it on if this is gonna be the same conversation every time? Also it?s not good to always assume someone is just taking it, do your job properly and make sure before making a comment every time.

Convenient for the odd item I may need but not competitively priced enough to make me visit on a regular basis. The larger Tesco on Stroud Green Road is better for value.It has been handy when I have made long train journeys from Finsbury Park station and I wanted the Tesco meal deal. Three self service check outs along with manned tills, so at the times I visit, I rarely have to queue. Cashpoint located outside.

Whilst this store has 2 meter markers outside and a sign requesting customers wear masks and observe distance. These are not enforced. Even staff do not observe safe distance when stocking shelves. Poor example

Best staff ever. There are many interesting characters that shop here. The staff have so much patience and are so kind. Most have worked here for years, and if you take the time to chat to them then the conversation will make your day so much better. You really feel like they are part of the community.
