“I must say I was losing faith with banking With Barclays Bank for over 30 years at Forest Gate . But must say there was a change . I walking in on Saturday and I was trying to resolve a problem with a Bond she was advised to invest in over three years ago . I rang Barclays customer services and they did not call or write to me to resolve the problem . I popped in to the branch on Saturday with managers name and he spoke to me and listened to me and he told me he needed some time and he will call me on Monday . Ok he did not call me but a one of his staff called me and sorted out the problem . I hope Barclays will see this review because Jabar Ahmed the branch manager and Razul his other member of staff are a credit to Barclays Bank . Bring back some personal banking to the high street . Especially when it comes to elderly members of public who bank with Barclays . I have faith my mother’s banking will be in good hands in the future .”
