Waited over 30mins in line, to be told that nobody in the branch is able to do a CHAPS payment.Useless place, might aswell close it down and turn it into a Burger King.

Very bad service, all female staff thinking it?s their dads bank and can run it the way they want to. They rather close this branch down.

Rubbish service, closed counter at Mid-day. Bad management as staff doesn't have any clue of customer services. Sometimes counter is close before 2pmSilly excuse they don't have enough staff.

Hi everyone i went to pay some money in to My account today and i been in the queue for about more then 1hour then they Let me in but but they didn?t let me pay the money into my account saying that if i pay now the machine will be blocked and they dont have time to unblock it.That was very very important to pay the money into my account because of my housing rent and utilities and now i will get charged from utilities.This people work in the Bank they think They own the bank how they behave.Thankyou very much.I hope someone will take this seriously.

I'm so fed up of Barclays agents giving me conflicting information. Your contactless works, it doesn't, it won't, it will, I'll turn it on, the system is down, I have turned it on, you can't use it, you must wait for your new card, its work now, you must turn it on via the app, are all the replies to one question over 4 days and 20 agents. I eventually fixed the issue myself. Now they are telling me I can't make a complaint a out it as I have made a previous compliant. Ridiculous and gives me confidence that Barclays train their staff as I've been experiencing conflicting info for 2yrs. Get your act together BARCLAYS

This branch is very incompetent...tried to open a student account, they gave me incorrect info, then I needed to show them THEIR OWN WEBSITE to show them they are wrong...at the end they still didn't do it (after 30 minute wait). Something wrong with this branch
