I?m a frequent visitor to this store, and the service was great until now. I went to the cash register next to which there was a stack of carts, put my bag on it and began to put her groceries there.at the moment when I was paying at the checkout, a guy who working in this shop,wasn?t tall in glasses came up to me and said he needed those carts. I asked for one minute to pack my groceries.He just grabbed my open bag, put it on the floor, and my groceries were all over the floor.I asked him what he was doing? I asked him for a minute. And he said to me, Go and call the manager. I first encountered that attitude in this store, and since I?m not used to complaining, I just sent it. But there?s still a feeling of humiliation, hopefully they?ll sort it out. The only person who apologized to me was the cashier, who had nothing to do with it. Thank him mood is spoiled

Hijabi woman on tills today 17/01/24 at 17:40, had a nasty attitude and was really rude towards me. I?ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. She needs to be reprimanded.

Please Tesco step up for the customer service. I am ex employee of tesco 2008-2012 Hackney Tesco extra . Sara was on a till , speaking her own language while she serving me with Mr Mo and security. This is very disrespectful.Checkout 002.store 5933 Timing 16.28 pm 07/12/23.

So i went in after work, on my way home, and while using the self check out, there was an item in my basket that i had changed my mind on, so i asked a the team member if i can leave this at the checkout, the lady said, no go put it back.She wanted me to leave the que, while people are waiting behind me, she wanted me to go put it back.She was so rude, Asian lady in her late 30?s.Tesco get you team members in order,,Seriously need to remind them that this is a Tesco and not a corner shop.Not going to Tesco every again,,Stick to Morrison, from now..Please management,, do something about this,It upset me so much, that i had to take time to leave this review.Kindest Regards

Services is always slow in this Tesco. They need more staff behind the till. Staff are not always helpful or around if you need any help.

Worst service ever they close door earlier too thier closure time and won't even allow yo get a small milk bottle for toddler.

Probably and is the best supermarket! Has nearly everything! I went really late and there was still a whole stack of prime. Managed to get 7 bottles, this shop doesn't have a limit

Absolutely humiliated by security guard accused me of stealing even when I proved I didn?t had to unzip my jacket and show I didn?t steal anything, even then he was not happy, asked him to check cctv and he refused had to insist he apologise even then he refused, because of this incident I know don?t shop there no more this was my local!!!!

Standard, have been to other express stores and they are on the ball, staff unsure and very busy. Not much parking around either.

Worse tesco in my experience than all the tesco stores I have been in entire UK.The stuff is weirdly placed but the worse part is the people working there has almost no customer service manners from security to till guy. I hope today was my first and last visit.
