Always double-check your receipt and change. I get the impression they have a high turnover of staff, so a lot of training gaps.

For this place, it's getting one star seemly because the staff members don't know how to speak to customers and unfriendly towards them while serving them.

Very disappointed and unhappy with the customer service of the staff Toni today (29/5). She was so rude when not even greeting me in the counter when I paid my bill, threw my items on the counter after scanning without any caring, didn?t even tell me how much which was very basic customer service , didn?t even ask my loyalty card even I pulled it out in front of her. NO COMMUNICATION or maybe she thought I?m Asian and she looked down on me? Normally, black people are very nice and humble, but this lady?s attitude is unacceptable. When I asked why you did like that, she just said she forgot and didn?t see my card and said sorry with very rude voice tone. No solution for whatever she did? What kind of customer service is that? Just until I told her in front of the others then she said I can do that online myself. Put two stars because yesterday there was another lady named Salin or Solin who was nice to me made me come back to buy more today. But there?s no doubt that I will not come regularly to buy at This branch in the future! You just lost one loyalty customer to the other companies

Stunningly bad customer service. All the staff are wearing headsets which means they blank all customers because they're too busy whispering and giggling with other team members. No one acknowledges you, the woman by the entrance is giggling and ignores you, at the till they're too busy chatting with other team members. Just breath takingly bad.

I call this chemist to ask if they could take me on as a new patient and they said yes. So i got my keyworker to do all the paperwork to change chemists, i went there and they turned me away. Just shows that the left hand dont know what the right hand is doing. This really really put me out and i had to walk 10 miles back to my keyworker. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I'm a consumer of this shop but I find the service very poor and terrible. The makeup always is in the wrong place.Unfortunately, I bought a foundation with the wrong color and I realize 30 minutes later when I arrived at home, I tried to return the foundation and the girl ?the manager" in a bad manner and horrible service, she told me that's not possible because its make up.I think it?s unfair because the makeup is expensive, and she could have at least help me in a good service.

Theres a mixed race girl who is always at the door but just stands there when she can see me struggling with the buggy when the door isnt very buggy friendly. Instead, she stands there texting on her phone and gossiping to her colleagues through the headset THEN has the audacity to stare at you as if you?re stealing. Even whilst I?m checking out at the till the girls are talking to each other about their personal life back and forth. So unprofessional and uninviting. This is my local Superdrug but would much prefer the Sydenham store to this! If I could give this store a 0 I would...

the offer to buy 2 products and get the third one for free say they don't have it, I contacted the company (Superdrug) back instead of Facebook and they agreed with me, if the offer is valid. store workers rip off customers

Wide range of products available, however the customer service is very poor. Staff is usually so miserable and always chatting to each other, even when serving a customer.

Was so happy to finally get a Superdrugâ??s in the high street and this one has an adequate makeup range.
But the massive downfall for me is the poxy perfume stand behind the tills.
If you want to pop in to buy a quick product this is not the shop for you. If you like waiting 15 minutes whilst watching customers undecidedly sniff a thousand perfume samples then this is the shop for you. It feels like Iâ??m walking into The Perfume Shop every time I go here and I have to bite my tongue every time Iâ??m stuck waiting for one till to become free from perfume sniffers. Either delegate one till to perfumes only or get rid!! Itâ??s a waste of every other customerâ??s time, especially when the queue is 5 people deep.
