“Visited twice recently. Had an appointment with Steve the kitchen designer, who was very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A few days later I used the Tradepoint counter and was served by Sally. She was lovely and always smiling and happy. Both these staff are a real asset to the branch. Unfortunately 2 other members of staff couldn't be bothered to help when i asked,, shame on them, lazy so and so's, they could take a lesf out of Sally or Steve's book and their shift would fly by!.”
