I had the very best service from Moeen today, what a lovely young man. He could not have been more polite, helpful or professional. I picked up 8 click and collect packages, and he made it surprisingly quick and easy. He is a credit to both Argos and eBay, but most of all, a credit to his parents!

Ordered an airfrier. No delivery no info nothing in 2 weeks times. Finally called them and they told me they can?t get the product!?? And they cancel and wrote that customers asked for cancellation!!! Also I lost 100 pounds gift voucher. Because I can?t find cod numbers. Thank you Argos the product now is 50 pound more expensive and actually they supplied the product at the time. And also I lost code for 100 pound gift card. Lost 15 days and 150£!!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tamara who was working 20/07/2022. I've been a bit out of sorts recently and she made the process easy and did it with a smile. Thanks again Tamara, keep up the good work!

I Wouldn't even give this one star. Everyone is absolutely appalling especially Tamara who is supposed to be the manager. She is absolutely rude and provides appalling customer service and does not have any phone etiquette. Whilst on the phone she was patronising did not want to provide a service told me she does not have access to look up items on Google which would then have given her the code she needed as I told her the item I wanted exactly. She then proceeded to have a rude discussion with another colleague whilst on the phone and proceeded to say (this person's not listening to me she always has an answer for everything). What I told her ( you are extremly rude and I could hear your whole conversation). She then kissed her teeth and hung up the phone. This is completely unacceptable behaviour especially from a manager. Every person in this store is completely unprofessional and does not want to do anything or help anyone. When I called back to request the name of the manager and all staff members were hesitant to give it to me. The young girl said (I can't give you the name of the manager I don't know who you spoke to. I told her you don't know the name of your manager. I just spoke with manager her. I also told them that it's compulsory if a customer asks for their name and their position you give it over. She then had a discussion with another colleague whilst I was on the phone. I've been a customer for Argos for many years and never have I ever been so unfairly treated and dismissed.This is completely unacceptable behaviour especially from someone who is supposed to be a manager.

This is a bit of an interesting challenge, but I suggest anyone to try and visit this location and get any attention at all before you dare step over their ad hoc floor tapings. Been twice and the same experience both times. Walk up to (an empty counter nonetheless) collect a purchase and you?ll get no greeting whatsoever until you step over the Line That Shall Not Be Crossed. What an unpleasant experience. Go elsewhere.

I can?t believe this store repacks items worth over £300 which have been clearly used and scratched and re-sells them as ?new?. Drove over 10 miles to pick up my Dyson vacuum, only to find used product with dirt on the inside and scratches on the outside.
