Shocking service and produce. Staff on a constant go slow. Please bring in some self scan machines?

The lone assistant manning the tills around midday today was the rudest, blatantly apathetical employee imaginable. Disgraceful!

Unsafe. 2 assaults there last week. They need a security gaurd there urgently. Supposed to be a caring organisation but they dont care about safety of customers or staff.

Today I went into this store to pick up a parcel from DPD (I also came in last week for the same parcel and was told that their scanner wasn?t working so I couldn?t collect my parcel). I joined the queue (which was long) and when I got to the front was told to wait and I?d be served when the queue went down- people kept joining the queue and despite having already waited 10 minutes in the queue, the new people joining it took precedence over me. Co-op should not be accepting DPD parcels if they are going to treat customers coming in to collect them as second class citizens. A woman had come in to post a parcel and she was served whilst I was in the queue because when she came in there was only one employee on the check-out despite a long queue (the employee who dealt with her decided to start serving when I got to the front of the queue in stead of seeing if anyone else had a DPD enquiry).Further, a drunkard in front of me in the queue yelled at me, saying I didn?t know what a queue is when I asked how long I would have to wait to be served- I was literally behind him in the queue and it was my turn to be served, I didn?t push in so I don?t understand why he said that. He took his time being served, too (much longer than the 2 minutes it took to retrieve my parcel after I was finished waiting for everyone else in the store to be served).

My mother is new to the country and doesn't know how to speak English, she went today to buy bread and when she went to pass the card it was not authorized, she then said she would pay in cash the woman who was in the till called the manager and he was rude to my mother and started pointing at the front door, not accepting her payment in cash, this type of service is unacceptable. My mother has never felt so humiliated, unable to understand what was going on and not being able to say anything, she was expelled and couldn't buy what she would like.

Scale is not correct, basically it overweight and charged customers more. Prices on the shelves differe from how much you are being charged at the till. When mentioned this to stuff they were incredibly rude.

Life is short and I don't want to spend it queuing in a CO-OP.Today there were 5 people in front of me and two behind me. So a total 8 people queuing with only one person serving. After waiting a while I had to ask the person serving to get someone to come and help him serve customers. Please train your staff to ask for help when the queue is longer than say 3 people.Or hire more staff.Or get some self-scanning machines.Or your customers will end up going up the street to TESCO where they do have self scan machines or the other CO-OP less than 400 metres away.

It's a bit small, offers variety of items but prices are considerate higher than tesco or sainsbury's.Overall it's good if one just wants to buy a few items on the go. More people are needed to help with the tills as very often it gets crowded because of not many staff at the tills

I used to be a regular shopper since it opened. I stoped to shop there mainly because it is not a safe place. Firstly, the supermarket is not COVID-19 friendly Some staff, the manager and customers don?t care to wear face cover. Recently, I had to tell the manager to update the signs outside the shop from compulsory to mandatory wearing mask. Secondly, very often when I went there, I witness people shoplifting. Young boys, young men, homeless people. Finally, couple staff around , one cashier and long queue. They must install a self service counter like at Muster Road. Service getting worse. Local Tesco is far more better including price.

I am loyal Coop shopper and live near Lille road. I am sad to mention that I had the worst customer service by DEBORAH at the Coop ever! She is so rude, no smile on her face, did not reply when I smiled and said hello how are you? After me, was a British lady of white origin queuing up. She greeted her well and almost cracked a joke or two! Haha racism at its worse! That too in london? Where I believe a lot of people from various cultures work and live!! This has happened to me twice with her, so had to put a review. The other workers here are amazing so the owner should make a note of this lady!!!
