We went for a mattress, and we got a mattress. They did the usual of trying to sell us extras. But the experience was OK.

It is ok. Very overpriced. Was told a super king is VERY RARE ???? and would take over 5 weeks to make?! Went online and ordered one next day for less than half the price they where asking for. Save your money and just buy online

Great to be able to visit Dreams on Wandsworth Bridge Road and be guided expertly and efficiently by James to buy two new complete beds including delivery, assembly and removal of our old beds. It makes such a difference to be able to try out beds and mattresses and discuss options rather than taking a huge risk with cheaper online options.

Great place to buy a new bed- I had originally planned to go to Ikea, as I?m new to the UK, and wanted something cheap and fast. I wound up getting better quality- and a much lower price here! Ended up buying 2 mattresses (one a heavily discounted floor model) plus a sofa, and they arranged shipping to boot. Much easier than the hassle of going to Ikea!P.s. shoutout to Jerome who helped me and was utterly fantastic, and not at all pushy (which has been my experience in other mattress stores). Much appreciated!

Jerome has been really helpful and friendly. I have visited the store on 3 separate occasions and each time he has helped me. He helped me find the perfect mattress and pillow while being patient while I made my choices. Couldn?t recommend him enough! The store also has a great selection of beds and mattresses which makes the visit very worthwhile.

Unacceptable customer service received from a person called James. Very unhelpful and rude when I asked basic questions regarding mattress. Don?t think I will come back and even recommend to friends at least for this specific store. Please check your staff and the willingness to work
