Appalling staff refused a deaf and disabled person any assistance after she was mugged outside their branch whilst using the cash machine she is their customer and they just closed up and told her to ring the number on the back of the card.I know staff have to think of their health and safety but offering a disabled person some compassion and support would help.This branch should close down permanently.The staff are down right rude and incompetent as they cannot read or write and seem to be racist towards the community they serve.

Awful and rude receptionist 9:45 am Monday 6th marchTelephone service told me to bring in driving license to verify my I'd, lady tells me I branch they are wrong you need to bring two forms of Id and she cannot help me, I opened new account and had reference number to bring in to verify my Id but she didn't want to help, she seemed like the lazy workers that brushes people offThis branch will shut down and hope this lady loses her job, she should not be customer facing at all!

Recently I have tried to pay someone at the counter. I have done this many times at that branch, never was a problem before. However this time a staff member refused to help me. She was very abrupt about it. So I go to a different branch and they had no problem with the transaction. It happend several time over the course of the year when they suddenly don't want to do a simple thing and other branches don't have an issue.. so why only this branch is being difficult?Also quite often they close the branch for lunch. I understand the need for a break, but all of them go on lunch at the same time is a bit unsuaul. Why not leave one person on the floor?

One of the worst branches with most slowest and rude staff and even rudest manager. Whenever you will visit this branch . They usually will have some kind of technical problem so they will send you away straight from main door. Or if everything is miraculously working. You will still face long queue with just one staff on counter. Horrible

Terrible customer service. I won?t go into the details but I had a simple request that I know is doable, sadly the member of staff couldn?t grasp. She said it?s not possible. I walked from Fulham Lloyds to Hammersmith Lloyds and she did it within minutes. I can only assume the initial job interview & the training Lloyds provide their staff is not to dissimilar in difficulty to the instruction manual that I wrote for my Nan of how to put her phone on charge.

Terrible customer service! My uncle and I went twice as to open a bank account for my mother. There were some complications with our online application once and the second time we had to present her passport in order to complete the application. It was this ridiculously rude and incompetent woman named Karina who almost kicked us out of the branch for spending her time. Of course, we could not open a bank account. My uncle and I are definitely changing our banks as well!!!
