Would give 0 stars if I could. Just as the below poster. I purchase Royal Mail postage labels at home because it is so much cheaper than purchasing at this post office. But they will not scan the postage label to confirm receipt or tracking details like other post offices do. I have raised this with the ladies at the counter, and they say that I should go to another post office if I want that service. Snotty staff. Will be reporting to post office and Royal Mail as they are refusing to provide the full service because they don?t make any money from it.

Terrible service. Very rude and condescending. I have recently moved to the uk and am a fluent English speaker, I tried to send a parcel and was treated like an idiot for asking questions on process.

They're always kind and helpful. But particularly today, the person that assisted me was warm and patient. Thank you!

Everyone who works here is awful, except for the younger guy. The old woman and the old man are ghastly, incredibly rude, and useless. They seem to take pleasure in doing their jobs as poorly as possible. The Royal Mail should remove their licence.

We use this PO as it is the nearest to our business on Fulham Road. One of my team went to post two parcels, one by Special and the other signed for. The person serving said tracked and signed and did Special for both. When my colleague complained he said the labels are already printed and I can't change it. Why or why has the Post Office not taken away the licence and given to someone else.

Most unfriendly workers in this shop. You shouldn?t be doing customer service if you won?t be helpful, polite and smile. Plus they over-charged me.

Have had to use this post office as they are one if the only local ones to me. They are consistent the worst experience I have had over rrhe years and never fail to disappoint. Went in to post a small envelope with proof of receiving by the customer. The computer says no younger woman at the back said it will cost nearly £7 to send. I said that is not what I would usually pay usually around £3.50. No sir with a smile she replied that is all we offer. I said £6.50 is alot to send a small envelope for anon expensive item and I just want proof its received, tracked that it has been received. No sir again with a smile. I said I'll go to another post office, she replies in her co.uter says no tone. They will offer you the same prices. Then as intent to leave said we charge £3.50 for signed for. If you could see my face. I then went back to her and said I said to you I just wanted tracked that it had been received. She then no sir you said you wanted to track it. I'm very clear about what I say sir lol I replied I asked you for the cheapest option to prove it had been received, and you knew what I meant you just cheekly tried to charge me double the price. She went to start her computer said no show again and I cut her and just said sorry I can I just pay for this. Amazing how they smile in your face while trying effectively steal from you. Disgusting lack of humility and general customer service. Its not the first time and I think even if they are not professional that's one thing but the lack moral decency or humily or just general politeness really is something they should be quite ashamed of. Advice to them is mice people who.use your service don't deserve your contempt because for some reason your not happy in job.

Most of the times the worst customer service ever!!! I don?t tend to write reviews and as a person with experience in customer service I tend to be quite understanding but this just keeps happening with this post office. At this point the only reason for me to set my foot in that place is because of its convenient location. While the ladies who work there are always nice and helpful the men are absolutely horrible to interact with. Upon a few occasions they?ve been rude and couldn?t be bothered to do absolute minimum to deliver a service that would be expected of them as employees of a post office. I?m not talking about any crazy requests either, just simple parcel dispatch, pickup etc.Things can go wrong with shipping but what makes it absolutely unbearable is when the employee on the other side of the counter is completely cold and disparaging and doesn?t put any effort into making the experience less stressful.

Worst customer service. Very rude. Or as one lady said in the way out ?they are a miserable bunch?.

I?ve had to use this post office 3 times in the last two weeks. I have to say it?s the most unpleasant place. The staff don?t understand customer service and I?ve never been treated so rudely on all occasions.

The woman at the front who oftentimes wears a mask half covering her mouth (this doesn?t help or prevent anything by the way) is always SO grumpy towards me/other customers that come in. She makes it seem like a burden that you?re asking to post an item when it?s her job to post it. Other staff members are fine though

Can honestly say I?ve never had a nice experience at this post office. Every person I?ve come into contact with has always been rude to me.I was picking up a parcel today and I wasn?t even greeted nicely and as soon as I started to say I was picking up a parcel, I was cut off with ?can I see your ID? no please just incredibly poor customer service. Fulham deserves a friendly post office than this one.I sincerely hope the branch manager reads these reviews and inputs changes.Just because the post office is a necessity to those around it doesn?t mean changes to customers service can?t be implemented!

I can confidently say this is probably the WORSE most UNHELPFUL post office in the UK if not the world. Anything that doesn?t make them money or commission they won?t accept. From sending off Tfl applications to buying your own postage beforehand, they won?t take your letters with Royalmail stamps if you didn?t buy it from them there and then, if you ask them to mail it for you. It?s just a shamble really and I leave feeling disappointed time and time again. Severely needs new management or head office needs to intervene as they avoid doing many things that most post offices do.By the way if I could rate minus 7 star I would.

Terrible experience, nearly every time I go in, and I've lived round here all my life. These folk picked up the service from a Post Office service, that closed up, but used to be a couple of blocks further down the Fulham Road. It was small but the staff lovely.I'm writing today because today was just that 'one too many' incidences for me not to write. This morning, the shop opened a couple of minutes late, which I thought a little unprofessional for a postal service, but then I realised the big clock that sits at the back of the PO is out by two minutes. Sorry... but for me, it's an eye rolling moment. The postal services run to time. Its post offices should do the same.I then stood and watched as two customers, each with huge parcels, stood in line for a few minutes, before being told by the lady at the side counter, which doesn't seem connected to the PO, that they could put their boxes behind her counter without queuing. Why on earth she made them wait in line, without telling them as soon as they entered and stood right in front of her counter, is just another instance of how much they really take care of their customers. As for me, I had an ebay return package. Clearly labelled as such. It wasn't a big package, a 6x8 jiffy bag envelope, which had stated on the address label, to hand over at the post office to get a record of the return tracking information. Important if you want a refund. As I pushed it under his window towards him, the chap, who's the owner, shook his head and pushed it back, without looking at it. I said that on the label it said I had to take it to a PO to get tracking information. As if in disbelief, he asked me where it said it! I was a bit stumped. If he'd taken the package, he would have seen it. I pointed it out, saying it was an eBay return."What's in it?" he asked.I told him it was a phone screen. He then took the package, looked at it, then pushed it back under the window at me and asked me to hold it up so he could scan it. Again, this beggars belief. Why take it and then push it back to me to hold up to scan, when he could have scanned it himself???When I asked what the problem might have been, why it had been questionable, he said "If it's a Covid test, we aren't allowed to take it." Since when have eBay dispensed Covid tests???If he'd simply taken the package and bothered to look at the label, without making me go through a humourless inquisition, one where I was being spoken to as if I was the stupid one, this review may not have been written.I only go into this PO if I have no alternative. In this case, I needed a speedy return, or else I'd have taken it to another PO further away. I dread walking in there as I don't know what level of humiliation or condescension I will be subjected to... and remember, I've lived round here all my life... that's a lot of incidents of rudeness.Truly lacking in any kind of valuable customer service, Royal Mail should really investigate these people and pull them up on their customer service skills. Better still, award the contract to someone else.Best avoided, unless you really have to use them.
