“The gentleman on desk is always helpful. Nothing to do with him, my issue the office was holding onto a parcel without telling me. I rang royal mail on off chance yes it was there. No calling card or details about this on app. So I had to waste my time ringing and searching, this has happened to me before. Something dodgy withholding parcels”

“Staff are very friendly, happy and welcoming when you enter the shop. They've made an effort for me when I've asked for things to be ordered such as drinks from the US which I really appreciate. Most recently the manager really helped me by sending an important document via next day delivery, he made sure the postman waited until my package was processed and ready to be sent.
