“What a fabulous ee shop! I usually use the King's Mall in Hammersmith but they have just gone from bad to worse so when my phone was stolen on Saturday I went to my usual ee in the King's Mall and, in a bit of a state. I received no courtesy or kindness at all, I was invisible and the new older manager who should have known better was no better. I had to leave as I had no ID on me but my head was all over the place so I went into the Fulham Bdy branch Sunday morning and, talk about two different worlds. The staff were kind and professional especially Natasha who saved my life. I was there for some time but she smiled throughout putting all the necessary information into my new phone and calmed me down, wonderful! Will use them from now on.”
