These guys specialise in small plastic cards you put into your phone to make them connect to the internet. Recently these cards have become digital, which has abolished both the physical card and the ability for it to provide any services whatsoever. This results in you paying a monthly charge to receive literally nothing in return - kind of like a charitable donation apart from instead of helping the world you're just making some very rich people even richer. I hear giff-gaff do a much better job

What a fabulous ee shop! I usually use the King's Mall in Hammersmith but they have just gone from bad to worse so when my phone was stolen on Saturday I went to my usual ee in the King's Mall and, in a bit of a state. I received no courtesy or kindness at all, I was invisible and the new older manager who should have known better was no better. I had to leave as I had no ID on me but my head was all over the place so I went into the Fulham Bdy branch Sunday morning and, talk about two different worlds. The staff were kind and professional especially Natasha who saved my life. I was there for some time but she smiled throughout putting all the necessary information into my new phone and calmed me down, wonderful! Will use them from now on.

Trudy the manger at this store is a real asset to this store and to EE.He assisted me in setting up two new lines plus a broadband and helped me transfer my two old numbers .The whole time I was there I saw him approach every single customer that walked into the store in kind polite manners and made sure they were attended to promptly . I?ve already recommended him to my family and they will be going to see him specifically to transfer their lines too .

The stars are purely for the fact the phone works. However waiting to purchase a phone from them took around an hour and three quarters. Which is shocking. Every customer in the shop was furious. Terrible terrible service do not recommend.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Not interested in serving and make you feel like you?re burdening them by asking a question. Just call customer service. That?s what they?ll do anyway.

I attended the Fulham Broadway branch recently to upgarde my phone.During discussions with the EE person I agreed to upgrade my existing samsung phone to a more advanced version of same.Simple so far.During setting up, I asked the EE person did I need a new power supply and cable.Answer from EE person - No the power supplys and cables are compatible with the previous phone...and there is a new cable in the box....I though great and did not bother to open the box to verify this, why would you you would not expect somebody to lie about this simple matter.So, I thought all was clear and away I went.When I got home I unwrapped all...to discover the cable included with the phone was not comaptible with the current power source and in fact the heads where not campatible with any devices I had in my possession...which is a lot.Question.... how do I charge my phone which I needed urgently....so I decided to rush to another EE outlet in White City which was still open at that timeand had to pay a further £20 for a power source / plug socket compatible with this phone.After mentioning where I bought the phone and what had happened...the EE person in White City laughed and said I am not surprised..says a lot for Fulham Broadway.Why do people bother to mislead and Lie...for the sake of a sale I would have done anyway as my account was with EE....I still do not have a way of connecting the cable to my laptop and again this is frustrating as the last lead had a USB head and this one doesn't.Finally, whilst this may sound a small issue the inconvenience caused exceeds the cost of the phone...
