Went to the store while on holidays from Canada, store was not to busy. Amazing and quick service by Meuriel. She not only sort us out with sim cards but also recommended the correct sim to use in the Europe. Such a lovely experience. Thank you for making it easy.

We had some problems with a sim that we pre ordered in Australia and we had an amazing experience with the manager Muriel who went above and beyond to sort it out for us. We only had 1 day in London and needed it organised before we left for Europe the next day. She was so patient and professional and we were so impressed with the customer service that she provided. Thank you so much Muriel you certainly made our experience in a very stressful situation much easier :)

This is by far the WORST service provider yet, I am new to London and tried a few networks which I won?t name that worked everywhere. I tried 3 because the sponsor my club but this was the worst decision yet

Amazing staff at this store, always going above and beyond for their customers. I was here on a match day, some 'fans' were nasty to the staff over the sponsorship problem with Chelsea.But nevertheless, the staff did their best and should be recognised for their patience and care.

Huge disappointment, waste of time, completely unprofessional with no regards to customer experience. Online advisors have a completely different information, people in store don?t know anything and can?t do anything for you. No wonder it?s always empty.

Very energetic ,friendly sales team.However,I was not entirely satisfied with the deal I finally got.Out of a deal for a cell phone and tablet I walked away with a cell phone only for the same cost.
