The two men behind the counter are just unbelievable. Very rude and disrespectful with all customers, I have never seen anything worse than this in any shop before. I have reported them on the Post Office website. Please do as well if you have been harassed by them so that the Post Office will look at it.

I just saw a review of someone else about an employee with his photo. The same employee has harassed me in the past and I am afraid to go in this post office again. He was annoyed when I came to return an item he didn't want to opwn the window to work and was talking in a foreign language wirh another employer instead while looking at me like he wanted to kill me.

Haven't used Market Place PO for 5 years and, sadly, nothing has changed. Jitendra is as rude and disrepctful as ever, refuses to provide proof of postage and pushes unnecessary more expensive services. Disgraceful. In one word - AVOID and take your custom elsewhere. East Finchley branch is 5*

Appalling customer service. I filed a formal complaint with post office. If you are also encountered such customer service at this branch, then I advice you to also file a formal complaint. You can find the form by searching for "post office complaints".----My complaint is about behaviour of postal clerk at Market Place Post Office (26 Market Pl, Falloden Wy, London NW11 6JJ). He told me that his name is Jitendra.I went to post office to collect a parcel from parcelforce. The text message from parcelforce said that I can take either delivery card OR the text message itself. I went with the text message because parcelforce did not leave the delivery card.Here is the list of issues encountered at the post office:1. Postal clerk (Jitendra) claimed that there is no parcel for my name. He later found the parcel with my name on it and refused to admit his mistake.2. He charged me £1 because I did not have delivery card despite text message from parcelforce that clearly said that it is perfectly acceptable to just show text message.3. He said that in the future he won't accept any parcels sent to my address and, thus, I'll have to stay at home to get any parcels.4. Jitendra was very rude when he talked to me.I believe that such behaviour is unacceptable. I think postal clerk can't just refuse to take parcels sent to my address simple because he does not like something about me.

Despicable. Avoid this branch unless you?re in an absolute bind, but even then, go somewhere else.They try to sell you the most expensive option. Not surprising, especially if you come unprepared. I witnessed the man in front of me get sold the next-day shipping service for his large parcels. Based off his ?Uhhh, sure,? it didn?t seem like he came prepared knowing what he wanted. I, however, had looked up postage prices beforehand, so I knew what I wanted.The woman was initially helping me, but then the man took over. As other reviewers have mentioned, he has an awfully rude attitude. He talked to me as if I were a pain. He asked me if I wanted tracking, which I declined?my parcel wasn?t monetarily valuable and I?ve only ever had one letter get lost in transit. The man then said something to the woman in their language, which I couldn?t understand. She snickered and commented in English, ?Yeah, it?s not going to be our fault.? Such unprofessional behaviour.

Terrible man at the post office. Cannot find a parcel by name no by parcel id, does not follow instructions, asks to sign weird hand written parcel reception confirmations.

Business should lose the ability to be called a post office only if they can earn on on a parcel will they do the service and will find a way to make sure you choose the premium option anything related to a free prepaid postage they will hinder to offer a excuse. Multiple times have I attempted to use their services to see that they will give the service to favourable customers while others are told to go elsewhere.

This is my favourite post office in the world. The most kind people who work there and are always going above and beyond to help their customers. They helped me in every way until we found my parcel after DPD messed up everything. Thank you guys. Merry Christmas xxx

The Post Office staff are very rude and aggressive- i have witnessed this with other Customers too.This is completely separate from the Newsagent staff who are calm, professional and polite.
