Good choice, good quality & decent opening hours. They have installed a draft barcode scanner to get out of the self service area though, which means you can scan your receipt and instead of wasting unnecessary paper.

What an awful experience every time I go to this shop. Won't be going again.No compaeison with the smooth experience of shopping at Waitrose or M and S at temple fortune.There are no wheel baskets, only the big oens outside which need a coin. Who carriea cash nowadays to put a coin. I didn't have a coin so had to carry their tiny basket all around the shop to do my weekly shooping and was exhausted.The temperature is awful, is either freezing or exteemely hot, never normal.Paying with your nectar points is an absolute nightmare, useless points. I had 50 pounds worht of poi ts and that's the only reason I shopped there and all shop assistants were so confused as to whether I could use my points or not.Their tills were closed so had to carry and use the self check out by myself after carrying a heavy basket around their shop for ages.You can't find the things you want to buy easily, the way they have organised the goods doesn't make any sense and you need to go back to another corridor again and again to get something.Prices are awful, it is cheaper to buy at the posh supermarkets especially the deals that Ocado makes are better than buying in Sainsbury's.We rarely eat meat and fish and when we do we want to make sure it comes from small farms that look after their animals and the meat and dairy in Sainsbury's doesn't qualify for that. I am not going to buy anything that comes from animals in 2023 if it is not sustainable and ethically sourced.Nope, never again. Awful

The worst Sainsbury's in all of London. The stock never has variety. Low lactofree options. Baskets are never available. I have to grab from the self check out, because the staff is not paying attention to move them to the entrance. The reason to write this review is this week I bought meat twice. Minced lamb terrible quality..stinks..2 days later chicken thights....stink so bad I threw them away after cooking. Terrible quality. I never expierenced this with other branches.

the worst store in London, there is never any stock, vegetables are displayed very rarely, everything is missing. Employees are talking or pretending to work, checking who knows what, the organization of work, no managers on a cigarette every now and then.

This sainsburys is a joke. Always staffed to the max but never anyone at tills or checkout to serve you. No one can ever help bc they are always doing something else. Kiosk is the WORST as it?s also customer service too so aways HUGE queue with one staff who is always very slow. Also no tills except self checkout and i have seen two elderly people in bits bc they dont understand

Not to great to get to the carpark, very narrow road , important to know that there is no cashiers only self check out , there was only one cash till working , and shop was very busy , people doing big shops and using self check out is just messy and slow . I had to wait for a very long time , and only needed to buy some milk . So if you want quick shop , definitely that's not the place to go .

The staff at both the checkout and customer service were rude and unhelpful. Self checkout staff was unwilling to assist me and displayed a complete lack of courtesy.To make matters worse, I encountered a dismissive and disrespectful attitude from a staff member at the self-checkout machines when I needed assistance to cancel an item. She scolded me for my little son?s innocent calls for help, making the situation even more distressing.It?s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and empathy towards customers. As a loyal patron, I expected better treatment from Sainsbury?s. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to improve their service quality.Overall, I cannot recommend Sainsbury?s Golders Green based on my recent experience.

Staff are friendly. No staff checkouts means no large shopping in trolleys anymore for me. Security staff need to protect themselves. Shop lifters cannot be restrained its not worth the risk of serious injury. Besides fighting with shoplifters disturbs elderly, mothers and children, puts everyone at risk.Some of the Fruit is below standard.Such a shame Golders Green Sainsbury's has dropped its standards.Customers, staff and produce is meant to be at the heart of all businesses then everyone prospers.

Always seems very disorganised at the self check outs. The staff are really slow at fixing issues when they arise. The staff are friendly just need more training on how to fix the self checkout issues.

Staff always friendly. But not impressed by no tills. All self service. The minute you put your bag on the weighing device so you can pack raises the red light. So have to wait for assistance. There was a blind lady trying to do her shopping, she was ushered to self service & needed help. There was only one member of staff available & she was trying to help the blind lady but told her she had to leave her as all the other self service checkout red lights were flashing & customers needed help.
