Unfortunately, the name of the mixed colour I wanted had rubbed off from the tin, making it difficult to find the matching shade.One of the assistants could benefit from some additional training or a more creative approach, as they claimed it was impossible to find a match. Fortunately, the manager named Jag overheard the conversation and came to the rescue. Jag skillfully peeled off the dried layer of paint from inside the tin, used it on a piece of paper, and successfully matched the exact colour I was looking for.
