My visit to specsavers was very pleasant, no waiting around. I went smoothly from one test to another, despite being on different floors of the building. The staff were all very helpful, professional and pleasant. Very good experience.

Both me and my daughter attended our 2 years eye check review at westway cross Specsavers branch last week. The experience was so smooth from a very attentive staffs that welcomes us with a smile. It was on time and no long wait for the eye check up. It was thorough and not rushed . They take time in the eye examination and making sure it?s done properly. Raffy, Krupa , the opticians that saw us were so nice and very professional. We were given opportunity to choose and recommendations was there when needed. I highly recommend Specsavers , they are excellent and I never had issues with them since. Thank you Specsavers Team.. you are all awesome? keep it up ??????

3 weeks to take the glassess I didn't choose off the shelf certainly they don't help. Save your money & go to a proper Optician

Very bad experience I had there , same as the experience that the personal who it is working there got .I went there with my mum for wax removal, the audiologist said that looks like there it is a cotton swab in she tried to remove it but my mother was moving,she said that it is very painful ,. She advise us to put olive oil and to come back to remove the wax and the cotton swab.She charged me 55 £ for nothing, I asked for what I am charged 55 £ because there was no extraction. There was no wax or something else extracted .she charges me 55£ even if another girl who was working there said that there was no extraction at all, then she said ok just do another appointment for the next time to try to remove the cotton swabI was completely sure that that the audiologist it is completely wrong , and she just want 55£. I went to a private doctor and actually it was a fungal infection, and now she is taking drops .Basically she was trying to remove the white part from infection . I cancelled my appointment which supposed to be free , but useless

One of the worst opticians I?ve been to. I was registered to Tescos before and took a break as I had anxiety around the opticians. I went in and the staff were all just chatting and joking, no customer experience between three people.I was seen by Atul Ladwa who was standoffish from the start. The lady I had before this sadly left and I thought he would have the relevant experience as he?s a director but I was honestly shocked by how rude and blunt he was. I always say that if you don?t not enjoy your job, don?t do it but he seems to hate his job! He was also very rude to staff in front of customers, which shocked me even more.I have asked to move back to Tescos as the optician there seemed to be nice. Wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone.

I had my eye test done here and on the day I was completely satisfied with service and I was observing how the staff going and following up with customers it was all good.I was asked to collect my glass on a Sunday so I did but to my surprise glasses were lose fit than what I actually tried during trial. I went for designer pair as it would be comfortable but I felt basic QC wasn?t done and I had waste my time just to find they can?t fix it since they don?t have technicians on Sundays.I will update the review after my next visit

Very friendly staff, though they were busy, especially with children in the store as well. Level of care to myself, and other customers was very good. i saw Krupa, Zaynab and Atul - all very professional and helpful members of the team. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.

The staff and optician were very welcoming.. Quick service although they were busy. The optician was very friendly, very patient and explained in simple terms. Thank you for the amazing service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Went there for an ear appointment and eye appointment. Arrived on time?still sitting there 15 minutes later and enquired why was there a delay. The person doing my ears was late for work so hadn?t arrived yet! Better off waiting to get your appointments at Boots.

Overall, I had a good service but have received better at other SS locations. I had to call the store to amend my prescription collection but found it difficult to locate the correct number online.
