A great store with multiple stores and seating, unlike many of the other cafes around. If you need some time with friends or you're working, it's a great place to go

I went on a Saturday at lunch time, and it was surprisingly quiet. There is a bit of seating inside and lots of food in stock. The queue to buy food and drink was next to zero, however my coffee and toastie took a while to be made, but it was good and I wasn?t in a rush.

Typical Starbucks set up. Very tidy with normal varieties of coffee and snacks available. Although busy the queue moved pretty quickly. Based near the centre of town so no parking immediately adjacent, so you'd need to walk.

Good Greenwich choice for somewhere to eat and sit. Efficient staff and you can pre order via the app.A note about the WC, a lot of tourists come here specifically to use it. As a result a better bet are the WCs in the tourist information centre, close by

Terrible service got order wrong twice even after a 20 mins wait. I?m very patient in coffee shops I know it?s a hard job but getting order twice and then being rude is not ok

It was really great. I love Starbucks Chai Latte. The service was good and fast. Considering the premises, there were only limited seating so better find a better place to enjoy your drink near by if the seat is filled. Wifi didn't connect when I was there. Other than that everything was fine.

The assistants here are kinder than your average Starbucks shop. There is a lot of focus on the customer. And it's cosy. I enjoyed my hot chocolate a lot ?? thank you for your service.

It?s a busy and small Starbucks with limited seats inside. I highly recommend you get a takeaway coffee and sit at the Cutty Sark Garden. Sipping coffee and at same time, enjoy the stunning view of River Thames and Canary Wharf.

Well, this is what you get after waiting for more than 45 minutes. This action fully explain that people working in this store doesn't want you to order from them and they don't wanna tell you straight. And once you call them, an apology is waiting for you right at the corner. All of this could've beeen avoided with one simple cancellation, but the store decided to make us go through the refund process. Thumbs up and for sure not coming back to them ever again. Such a pathetic approach and service.

Barista refused to give me a cup of ice to go along with a hot tea so I could ice it. She was rude. We also ordered Americano that was weak.

It was the hottest day of the month, so I went into trustworthy (so I thought) Starbucks for a refreshing lime cooler. The place was busy, it didn't smell nice, I should have walked out then.The drink was ice and a couple of slices of lime for £4.05 - never againI won't be returning - go somewhere else, there are plenty of much better places in Greenwich town centre
