It was a very beautiful evening. We were greeted very warmly. The food was so incredibly delicious. We would come back at any time. Funda's service was very accommodating.Dietary restrictions: There is a tray at the table where you can enter all allergies. So you can order food without any worries.

A great Zizzi chain resturant by the river, looking over the Thames. Stopped for a nice lunch, with some solid pasta and pizza offerings. Outstanding service, probably the best I have seen in a resturant in a long time, really helpful. Great view of the kitchen as well, so you can really see stuff being made.

I have visited this place earlier as well, the other day on the 20th I visited after some time with my friends for lunch and was one of the most horrible experiences of all time.There was an Indian female who was working there on that day who is short and wears spectacles, she was literally uninterested in the service and wasn't paying attention at all at the table. She was constantly joking around with the people working in the open kitchen with her loud voice and was ignorant towards the table and it's guests.After a while we saw her sitting by another table and joking around with her colleagues and we had to ask the female from the bar to serve us and to clarify things on which we were waiting for a long time. We were served with the food and she didn't even come in to check if it was okay, or if we needed anything else like basic chilli oil and stuff when you sit in an Italian restaurant. It was one our people's birthday and she didn't even answer properly to any of her questions. Seemed like she wanted to just take the order and mess around in her loud voice with the kitchen staff. Myself and my friends were completely disappointed by the service she provided as she was ignorant and seemed like not to care about any of the guests. Ruined the whole mood and our day which wasn't expected from a staff of Zizzi which holds high standards of hospitality usually.

Last Friday I had lasagne at Zizzi (Greenwich), being a quite regular customer, I was very disappointed on this occasion. This refers to the size of the portions being served.The taste of lasagne was very good as always, but unfortunately the portion was half of what I have experienced a few months ago.This also, is not in line what is advertised, which it shows a full dish rather than half of it. While the sizes are shrinking in Zizzi, still the prices seems to grow rather fast.Not great experience and not longer keen to suggest your chain to friends, as I used to do it.Agnes

I have dined many times at this Zizzi and food was always fantastic. But unfortunately service is quite slow - and this isn?t to fault them at all, they are mostly fantastic and doing their best. Sadly, corporate needs to stop making them serve the customers as well as doing deliveroo or hire more staff, because after a fantastic meal I really hate to struggle to flag someone down to get me the bill and then watch them run around not be able to take payment for an amount of time that is not acceptable.And again, I am not faulting the staff. This is obviously corporate greed from higher up and they should all be ashamed.

I recently visited Zizzi in Greenwich with my partner, and our experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering, we felt judged as we were stared at and given a dirty look. Our server, a woman with highlights, appeared incompetent, eating while serving. The issues escalated when we tried to use a £20 off voucher for a £50 spend, but it was denied.The server touched our phone with greasy fingers and had an unpleasant attitude throughout. When we called the manager, he was extremely rude, shrugged off our concerns, and seemed unaware of company policies. He incorrectly claimed drinks weren't included, then said it?s the service charge that?s not included, but we proved him wrong by showing the terms and conditions. He was making things up and had clearly no clue. The debate continued when we told him to leave it then and we?ll use the starters voucher instead. The manager was insisting that garlic bread was a 'nibble,' contrary to the menu.Overall, the service was terrible, and both the server and manager displayed unprofessionalism. It's disheartening that what was supposed to be a nice night turned into dealing with rude, judgmental staff. Serious reconsideration of training or employment for these individuals is warranted.

Sat upstairs with a great night view of Canary Wharf. Our waiter Pavel was really attentive and particularly good with the children. Service was quick and both adult and children's portions good sizes. Thoroughly recommend the rustica pizzas and the lasagne. Love the clock display on the stairs, very meridian friendly. Kids loved the carousel nearby.
