For the love of god ask your government to support the posties they desperately need more staff. Every time I?m here it?s stressful and the queue takes ages.Not the fault of the staff, they are understaffed.

the only nice member of staff is the very polite and helpful guy at the small counter on the left as you walk into the post office,the main counter staff are so lazy and never smile,and are always rude and it must be in their D.N.A to be so lazy,a sloth and a tortoise moves quicker than them,especially the man with glasses,he had to scan a Q R code and he snatched my phone off me,he was lucky i didn't knock his teeth out,but i find that whatever post office you go to they are all so lazy,there could be several counters and only 2 or 3 idiots working,it must be inherited laziness,bone idle idiots,a chimp in a suit could do a better job.

Mr Patel was super helpful with us today, we?re very greatful. He told us all of our options and the best way to send our books to Australia. He was kind and patient.

It was great. My service provider Krunal was very helpful. I had no clue about the services I wanted but he was patient and took his time to help me.

This branch's service really depends on what time of the day you visit. If you go early enough, there's close to no queue, if you go after noon, it's heaving.I suggest you going to the Dalson Lane branch if you plan to go after noon. 4 mins walk away from this Hackney branch, no queue, I was in and out with my parcel sent in 2 minutes at 1pm on a tuesday.

The lady at the counter was so rude with me for no reason. Being a new person, i was just figuring out the appropriate place to go to to send the letter. Meanwhile she shouted saying that i?m blocking the way. She should learn to be polite and respectful.

I dont know why reviews are so bad. I went around 11 Am last week. It went fine. Waited only for like 2 minutes. Everything was smooth. 4 stars only as I felt the place could be a bit more welcoming.

Worst post office i been in my life. I would put 0 stars if i could. Employees are rude, they argue wirh every client. Rude behave and they dont help you at all with your shippings. Im never coming back

Sometimes a business has to be spot on for each transaction.Even if it is run by the government standards.I had a Christmas card with foil, you know the type... you don't expect to have to track it.It was sent from my family member to me.When you get it you can then treat yourself and others for some well needed gifts.Let's just say I never received it last year; and it was sent in advance. Quite disappointing and unexpected.

I don't understand why staff goes out of their way to be so rude to you. I have visited this post office 3 times, and every trip has been worst than the last one. The male cashers behind the glass are so incredibly rude, to the point of lacking any humanity. I stopped to drop a parcel, and received everything from a casher banging on the glass, to them making gestures to illustrate what they think of my intelligence. I appreciate that attempting to send a parcel might be a big crime in some establishments, but you wouldn't expect a post office to be one of them. I would invite the fellow community members to boycott this pit of despair, despite that fact that it would make the staff very happy. I keep thinking ill save time by using the closest branch, but its not worth the abuse. If you chose to visit this branch, I would suggest to read up on conflict de-escalation techniques, because the cashers will come at you with all the venom they have.

They always offer the most expensive options for shipping items. I wish there was a self check out machine so I could choose the proper options myself.

I wanted to just commend the female member of staff whose name I do not know. She moves very quickly through multiple international packages I have to send and is very thorough and efficient. When I go to other post offices I can really see the difference. Even the other male members of staff are slow by comparison.I?ve been using this post office for 11+ years now. Time yourself for end of day as the queue does get exhaustive.

Always friendly and helpful whenever I visit. All Post Offices have queues, that?s unavoidable and not the fault of the extremely patient staff that I often see having to politely navigate rude customers. I?ve been using this Post Office for three years and never had anything but a smile and well wishes.
