Mirroring what everyone else is saying - this honestly must be the worst PO. Their bureaucracy turned a simple D&G into a nightmare, because they wouldn?t accept the only details necessary for a D&G, written on my piece of paper instead of their own. Trigger happy, excessively complicating things and spiteful, we ended up having a huge fight. Some of my parcels were taken in, some weren?t. They were closing and refusing to give my parcels back. I called the police, they didn?t stick around. Just a whole mess really. Normally you leave your bag at the till with details of how to post inside and say hi and bye at most??? Wouldn?t use this PO if I had the cure for Covid and I needed to send it to the UN

Literally worst post office. Super rude, horrible experience. If you can go anywhere else, do it. They also close early (at least 5 minutes) and if questioned on it simply deny and lie even when shown the time by several customers hoping to come in.

i have used this post office for many years,i cant really give a bad review,as some of the same people have worked there for years,allways nice with me,but these days long waits,few staff,and because all the smaller post offices in the area have gone,its usually busy,disgruntled customers etc more the fault of government cuts than the staff themselves,needs more staff

Such a frustratingly bad Post Office. There's never anyone on Click & Collect which makes online postage purchases completely pointless. End up queuing for ages for one of the few desks they open with an exceedingly grumpy employee. It's so much eaater to just use Yodel now unfortunately.

No matter what time of day you go, this post office is always packed! It takes forever to make it through the line which clearly shows there?s a lot of people needing to access the service. Despite having five tills, I never see more than three people working there.Hire more staff!!!

The biggest post office in the area but most of the space is empty as the owners have run this place into the ground. Its a shame as oost offices used to have a buzz, this one depressesd me

This is my local post office and I wish it weren't. They don't have much customer service ethos and seem to rather view customers as a nuisance. They also close at midday on a Saturday which is not very helpful at all, and don't open sunday. Sometimes they've even been known to close earlier than advertised which is super annoying if you've made the effort to get down there.

I arrived at the counter to collect my Amazon delivery. A lady was serving me, she was very slow first of all I which I showed understanding in. Then, when the order was given to me, she was being rude with the way she was answering my questions. When I picked it up, she screamed at me and said ?leave it I did not tell you to collect it? I was super confused because she left it on the table, then I responded ?why are you shouting, cant you say this nicely?. She then said ?people like you make my day worse? I was super frustrated and annoyed and decided to leave immediately with my package. This behaviour is unacceptable and I wish the post office team takes immediate action to this stores workers.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered, the staff need to be sent on customer service training courses, or better still they can pop down the road to Kingsland Road post office where they can show you how it should be done. Failing that, if you really hate your job that much you could always leave and audition for the part of scrooge in Christmas Carol.
