Nice big store with very lovely and friendly staff. Great sections for home items, toys, mens/ladies/kids clothing and shoes and a huge book section. Always visit here and get great buys at great prices. There are toddler classes run (I've added poster) and coffee mornings (check website for dates)

Ok so this is easily the best charity shop in East London that i know of. Margaret, the manager, is extremely accomodating and very interested in all the customers. Part of her work is to relate to people, something that appears to come easily to her. The main problem with charity stores in 2022 is they have forgotten they serve the people too by offering cheap second hand clothes at decent prices. This place has not forgotten that duty. Most items are about 5 pounds or less, with obvious exceptions and they have a pound rail on tuesday and friday mornings, which is very popular. For good clothes, fair prices and kind servers i highly recommend this wonderful charity store.

Have been using this shop for several years, buying stuff as well as donating items to sell. The experience has always been good and the staff very friendly - however, I just visited on foot this afternoon with a large box of items to donate. I entered through the side door, masked up as per covid protocol, where my entrance was blocked by a bloke who looked like a bouncer. He looked at me square on, as if to say "What?", I said: "Can I leave some stuff for the charity shop please" to which he said "What is it?" Before I had the chance to answer he said; "No, we're full up" in no uncertain terms.Ok, fair enough if the charity shop is full and donations can no longer be accepted then so it is, but there are ways to communicate this and the reception I just got was less than civil. I thought taking items to a charity shop was a good thing to do, but this just left a nasty taste. For an organisation that relies on public donations it would pay not to alienate the customers.

The shop is a huge mess. 80% of the items doesnâ??t have a price and they just decide it at the moment. They donâ??t even have a card machine.

Smaller, friendly shop with weekly rotations of items. Found brand new slacks for £4, good quality pieces available.
