Very nice people attending you found it a bit pricey and the deals are not always what you believe they are found them very quick to add on lots of different things to make glasses came out pain double what I thought so check the deals they're not what they seem folks but very nice very clean for the most part nice service went to pick up my glasses today I'm 72 years old was stood in front of the counter to try on my glasses I said to the chap these ones are a little loose he proceeded to just bend them no warming them as they should do and he went they go I was quite surprised at that and still standing at the counter the funny thing is he didn't give me a mirror it wasn't until I got home that I realized not only had he been the arm of the frame out of all proportion they were the wrong frames the front was the same a grey color but the sides were like a motelite grey these ones are dark needless to say hopefully I will be down there and they will replace these frames otherwise this 72 year old may easily lose the plot bearing in mind that they cost me a lot more than I anticipated and they still haven't got it right bet if I paid 500 pound for my glasses I'd get a better service what the hell's going on these days I'll never polite as a said before but as a company I think after this time I won't be returning and I've been with them for years I mean honestly standing up to try on your glasses no mirror well I suppose I know now because the frames are wrong as I said oh well bye for now folks if you have to go there watch what you're doing or should I say what they're doing bye

Had good experience when I went it for my test and prescription. But really disappointed when I went to pick up how on earth can I pay over £300 for glasses and you gave me glasses without I case who does that the lady that attended to me even gave me attitude it?s a shame. To think that I asked when I had test she told me don?t worry we will give you all accessories LIAR all you know to do is collect money

Had an excellent experience at this specsavers branch. The staff were extremely helpful and the assistant manager Cansu took her time in making sure my needs were met.

They refuse to give me the correct case for my glasses, said they would put it on order and up until now I haven't gotten my marc jacobs case. They also refuse to answer or return your calls. Disgusting brance

I advise all to come to Specsavers in Dalston freindly, cost effective, efficient service where my needs and requests were taken into account. I highly recommend Dalston to freinds family and work colleagues alike.

I had an extremely good experience at this store. My 2 children and I all had our eyes tested, and each of us needed new glasses.The staff were very professional and really good with children. I would recommend this site for families. Really good service.

Total shambles of a business!Arrived for my eye test appointment, was left waiting at the reception counter for 15 minutes whilst a row of 5 greedy sales assistants were busy hard selling extras to mostly pensioners, eventually a scruffy looking adolescent shuffled over took my name and led me into a consultation room where there was a man (previous customer) sitting on the chair having an argument with someone on his mobile phone. I backed out of the room and the sales assistant shouted over to me to come back in and asked me what benefits I was on, shocked I looked at the man still sitting on the chair and said its not very private is it, he replied well you can add the details yourself motioning me to the PC, I said no I think I'll leave it and left the room.Now correct me if I'm wrong but a consultation is supposed to be private and usually between 2 people, it shouldn't consist of a random stranger sitting in on it listening to all of your personal business and details being discussed. I have never experienced anything like it. This branch is run by a bunch of greedy, commission hungry adolescents, who have no idea about customer service let alone Gdpr!Do not waste your time going here, it's a shambles!

The worst Specsavers EVER !! DONT GO HERE ?After having multiple eye tests with these incompetent young people that run this store and with no customer service nor any kindness to there customers all they want to do is sale sale sale. As a everyday glasses Wearer after 2 weeks I started getting handaches and felt sick, after speaking to my GP they had told me if maybe due to the glasses I?m wearing and I may have to go to the opticians again to change my prescriptions. Luckily my work had offered me private opticians. Long story short Specsavers messed up my prescription!! Honesty your better off spending more money somewhere else! I wish I could give this place a 0 !!

Months later with issues STILL unresolved - store has let my eye health deteriorate by not sending referral off properly either wrong address details.Store manager was meant to resolve issues months back to no avail.Headoffice is now conducting their own investigation but I will be referring the case to the ombudsman next week as the store doesn't want to resolve said issues. Have been attending this store since early childhood and this is just another one of their dodgy tactics to make people attend numerous emergency appointments for NO IMPROVEMENT IN SYMPTOMS

No one has picked up the phone at this opticians all week. I really need some information about my prescription and I can't go into the store currently, so have been ringing every day at different times and I have never once gotten through.

Awful and substandard customer care serviceAs I vowed to the manager, I will not recommend SpecSavers to anyone with a nervous disposition. It took me over 3 months of substandard servicer to finally get my glasses after eye test in December 2022.I attended several appointments to find staff unsure about my glasses what was going on with my glasses. Appointments were never filed, communication was zero until I attended the shop and confronted the manager who promised to improved staff training. I gave a very negative feedback to trust pilot which forced Specsavers to respond to my concerns. SpecSavers customer experience needs serious attention.

the service and exams provided are of high quality and the price is not affordable for everyone. there are many varieties of glasses frames but they are very small, we can say extra small the glasses and how to wear an outfit has to fit you well. Would you go out with an outfit smaller than your size? would you feel good if you wore it? certainly not because it would bother and I would think that the clothes would be ugly like that is the same thought of the glasses. A larger frame like a large one and even a medium frame makes the face more beautiful. that's why I didn't buy mine in that store; However, I bought it from my wife and it was a struggle to choose a big frame because we didn't have it and we had to adapt to the small ones.
