A solid five stars to Superdrug for partnering with Terracycle so that we can recycle our empty medicinal blister packs. We locals are lucky to have a store with a pharmacy in the community, as blister-packs can only be recycled in Superdrug stores with a pharmacy.

Always crowded,& can't look at anything properly, as it being Dalston, shop staff think you are all shop lifting,I just walked out. Won't go again...

Hannah from the Pharmacy is such a wonderful help. She seems to remember all her customers/their needs, and always pushes my orders through as soon as she sees them. She has even looked for an alternative for me before i've come in when she sees something is out of stock with the supplier. Thank you!

The pharmacy does not answer the phone neither from patients not from GP practice. It causes major issues and delays. It is unacceptable. Can you please answer the phone or share another number for professional use?

Always an extremely long queue at the till despite there being lots of staff on the shop floor. Had a rubbish experience there this week when I asked for some help to find something and was told by the member of staff they couldn't move from the spot they were in. Tried to raise this with head office via a complaint and they didn't seem bothered either. My advice.....go to boots around the corner.

Went in there other day and hot air was blowing (July). One person serving with a queue of ten customers, yet one staff standing by entrance giving out baskets! Left item and got it opposite in H&B.

I don?t know what happened to the lovely staff at the pharmacy but the new people there are really rude. Firstly, my mum has had her heart medication on repeat at this pharmacy for years, she was told that she could no longer order it through them and she had to contact her doctor. They were very unhelpful towards her and she was quite confused and upset by it, she?s 80 years old, have some compassion. My experience was the two ladies were extremely aggressive (in the pharmacy) when I questioned a lady who I thought had jumped the queue, all I said was ?I was next?. The two ladies behind the counter verbally jumped on me like a pair of Rottweilers, when I was served, I gave one of the women the name of the some antihistamines tablets I wanted, she barely looked for them and said aggressively that they didn?t have them. She didn?t offer me any other alternative. You can?t tell me that there were no antihistamines in the whole of the pharmacy. she just didn?t want to serve me she had a really bad attitude.I won?t be using this chemist again I?ll go to boots.

Unbelievably slow to get my prescription. I?ve no idea what the staff are doing, complete and utter incompetence. Go somewhere else. Useless.

Consistently a 15-20 minute queue for less than 10 people to get served. They seem to insist on only having one person on the till at any given time, usually with someone else just stood by the door for reasons unclear, even when they can see the long queues. I guess some some of greeter role, but just sort of frowning at you as you come in.

Absolute chaos. Understaffed. Large queues. Poor management. Waited over an hour for prescription that was ordered days ago and marked as ready to pick up - coming and the lady says it?s not ready. After 40 min wait they confused the quantity of each meds ???
