Oh, Tesco of London's fame,Your woes have earned a funny name.Rude staff and chaos in the aisles,Leaving customers with puzzled smiles.Pallets block the shopper's way,As staff seem to have a grand display.Smoking weed and sipping drinks,Behaviors that truly make one think.Security shadows like a thief,While fridges open, causing grief.Dairy products, a risky bet,In a store that's hard to forget.Cashier's antics, oh so rude,Turning shopping into quite the feud. But fear not, for a change is due,Let's hope a better Tesco will ensue. To the worst in London, you've gained renown,With reviews that make us frown.Yet let's hope for a brighter day,When Tesco's wrongs will fade away.

If I could give no stars I would, but after putting up with the worse Tesco in London for the last 7 years, I sadly will never be returning. You cannot even make a proper complaint via Tesco head office. I don't really blame staff for being rude and shambolic....

Worst Tesco ever. Security follow you around like you?re some thief. Staff very inconsiderate of customers. Will never step foot in here again

Don't read into the hype here. This is by far the best Tesco in the land. Me and my family have shopped here for over a decade. Sure, it may not be perfect, but I see it as character - something that high street shops lack in this day and age. I've been able to experience things I never thought I would because of this fantastic connivence store; just last week I took the wife and kids to Alton Towers, and I got a whole £8 off the tickets due to my extensive Clubcard points. The staff here are exceptional and I won't accept any slander on their names. For example, Frank who works on the shop floor delivered my third child, bear in mind this was after a 12 hour shift... all in a days work! Now onto the food, and where do I start? The culinary delights of ham & cheese sandwiches, microwavable lasagne and ready salted Walkers can all be found at this hotspot, a great place to shop if you're looking to push the boat out and experience a near psychedelic comestible experience.Next time you think to disrespect this fine establishment, walk a mile in their shoes and have a quiet thought to yourself, "where would I be without the Haggerston Tesco Express?"

Received horrible customer service. Staff not friendly. Saw security stacking shelves?? Surely they have employees for that , security looked tired and burnt out bless them making others do their work.

Visited this store after 9pm so wasn't too busy. Unfortunately at this time the fresh fruit and salad shelves are quite empty. But was still able to purchase what I needed. In all a positive experience.

I've lived in this area for 8 years and this Tesco has been just as dreadful as when I first moved here. Rude staff who decide to stock aisle when the shop is rammed full of people. (a little common sense would be to wait until the shop floor is a little less congested). The stock pallets block the way so you can't get any items and the staff eye you as if you're nothing but a horrible inconvenience. Staff smoke weed and drink energy drinks outside the front entrance, staff will also try to intimidate you and act as if they're doing you a favour. Please close this store down and please bring in something like a local independant grocers or something. Enough is enough.

We came here to visit one of the worst Tesco's in London and were severely disappointed. It actually wasn't that bad. We got almost everything on our list, staff was sufficiently friendly and we didn't wait long in the queue.

The worst Tesco in the UK. Never any stock, fridges don't work half the time (warm beer and melted ice cream). Awful

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Would give 0 stars if possible . Disgraceful shop between rude staff wearing sunglasses , leaning on the floor to re stock items , bluntly smoking weed outside and doing nothing to be helpful .Dairy fridges almost always faulty , discounted items left everywhere and not a care given to customers . I lived in Haggerston for the past 12 years and nothing has ever been done to make that shop less awful . Pure greed . AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Worst customer service I've seen so far. Some have already mentioned the fridge door are open. Twist, some fridges don't even have doors.

Lacking in a lot of produce, especially fresh food. Small and hard to navigate. Staff are a bit odd. Lots of scraps kicking off there all the time, which to be fair, they do their best to deal with.
