Despite probably being a bit of an annoying customer ive always found the whole team polite, welcoming and ready to help.Best example of dealing with Three Mobile ive had in many years as a customer, thanks to the whole team!

I went to purchase a Pay as you go Sim only data pack for my upcoming holiday. I specifically spoke to a staff member to check that my holiday destination Thailand was included in the Go Roam Destinations and could use the allowances in the Data Pack for no extra costs. This was the sole reason I purchased the Pay as you go SIM and Data Pack. BUT I found myself alone in Thailand unable to use ANY data and after spending hours on the phone with Three Customer Service, I was informed that Thailand is NOT a Go Roam Destination and I am unable to use ANY of the allowance in my Data Pack, and stranded in a foreign country without internet. I am making a formal complaint as I was specifically reassured but the information presented by the staff member was incorrect.

Mr henry being a racist when i told him to change my plan he was asking me that was i trying to sell the device.I don?t understand what kind of behaviour was it with the customer.Worst service by this guyI received a reply who is the person should i meet let me know his name whom should i contact

Luis was absolutely fantastic. I left with a higher speed, 5g, contract for the same price that I was previously going to pay online for a slower, 4g, broadband. He also fixed another problem I was having with my phone. Would highly recommend!!
