They will not start your order unless you call the store directly yourself. For the high price, over an hour's wait is ridiculous

Pizza arrived after one hour. Wrong side. Wrong drink. Missing dips. Cold. And worst of all - completely squashed (looked like someone sat on the trays). Called to complain and was ignored. Never again.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, the pictures don?t do justice. All the food was amazingly delicious, great quality and well proportioned. Delivery was 20 minutes and the food was piping hot and extremely satisfying. The family is always happy and satisfied. Thank you to all the amazing, friendly and professional staff members of this branch.

1h later, the pizzas show up. Cold .Called papa johns, after politely requesting for them to take this ones and get fresh hot ones they hung up on me.Nothing personal. They can say ??bye bye to a loyal customer.

Bringing your rude delivery men to my door never again! Lost a loyal customer! Disgusting making me take the pizzas out the bag myself and struggle with my kids! Driver turned up with a face like a slapped a***! No hi, no bye, not even you're welcome after I thanked him! Fuming!

Waited nearly 2 hours for the order. We called the store, waited for AGES to only be told they didn't have enough drivers. Like if this is my problem!Disgusting service.

I had a previous order that there was an issue with and had left feedback, the store manager later contacted me and had offered a free pizza whenever I wanted it which I was not expecting to get anything back when leaving feedback. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you

Ordered a custom large pizza today and quickly realized that the pineapple topping was rotting/spoilt with a bitter taste. I notified the store and the manager was adamant that it could not be the pineapple. No resolution was offered for what is essentially a botched order. I have given two stars because the delivery driver was wonderful. Otherwise would rate zero

The worst possible experience. Ordered a pizza today (Monday) and 30 mins later, got a notification saying the pizza has been delivered. Called the store and they said it has been delivered to the wrong address and that my order will be with me in 15 mins. I waited another 30 mins before calling and was told it is 5 mins away. Waited another 15 mins and was told that the driver is downstairs, who arrived after another 10 mins. After all that, they delivered the wrong pizza!Will never order from this place again
