Staff are rude, would recommend trying the one by homerton station instead - also they are listed as somewhere that will print off a label for you and I was told this was not possible after queuing for 15 mins. Maybe consider talking to the company?s that advertise that service is available at this post office

Shop was meant to open at 9:30am on Saturday, the shopkeeper did not arrive till 9:57 making a queue for the store to open. Mentioning to everyone he was stuck on traffic?.. not acceptable nor good enough.

If I could rate 0 I would. The gentleman is very rude and personally I think he is alot ruder to certain ethnicities. He will embarass you infront of customers too and speak to you as if your an animal. Don't like him, the Ladies there are fine and helpful. I live down the road and I always go to Lauriston Road for the post office. The one off i go to Well St it has always been a horrible experience. Definitely wont recommend Well St Post Office. Let's not even talk about how slow they are too and how the queues go out onto the road. Poor customer service.

Woman was rude and didn't really know what she was doing . When I told her what I needed she said I was wrong whilst saying she new nothing about setting up a post office travel card !!!!.Worked out I was right by the end of her putting all the details in . No apology . Bad customer service

If you enjoy being barked at for no reason by the deeply unpleasant server of the male variety (I think the manager); and receiving inadequate (zero) advice on parcel postage resulting in lost parcels (which, it turned out, were insufficiently insured for the cost of the items therein); then this is the post office for you. Just how the other counter staff remain decent around this creature masquerading as a human is well beyond my ken.

Lovely people. If you need to run off because you forgot something and come back he will remember you and won't make you queue all over again. He's effecient and no nonsense because he's trying to serve people quickly - they always have a queue because they're the only post office for quite a radius and they're popular! Don't know many post offices that don't get queues anyway to be honest.

Avoid! They have lost 2 of my packages - one sent within the UK and one internationally. Were totally unhelpful in resolving the situation (basically shrugged their shoulders), which ultimately left me out of pocket and my recipients without their packages. Go to Mare Street, much quicker and more helpful.

Been going to this post office now for 27 years. Yes there are queues, but this husband and wife team have worked their socks off. Sometimes he can be a bit grumpy but most of the time very pleasant and kind.... who doesn?t have bad days at work!? Nothing is too much trouble , and they also have to deal with very difficult and sometimes clueless customers. Keep up the good work and hope you get to retire soon as you both deserve it!

As mentioned in the other reviews, I haven't been there when the man isn't in a foul mood.Whilst obviously not the fault of the owners, what's really worse is the queueing. You're lucky if you get served without a 20-30 minute wait. There are two other post offices that are a 10 minute walk: on Homerton High Street and by Victoria Park. Go to those for faster and more pleasant service.

Best post office in the world. Very happy with the service. The staff is always very helpful and kind. There was never a problem.Highly recommend.
