Beware. I was told I needed new brake pads and then brake discs all round for over £1000 and was being rushed into making a decision. Got two second opinions telling me the discs just had a little rust on them which happens when you don't drive the car for a while (I had been on holiday) and comes off in use and that the back pads were virtually new in wear with the front around 2 years use left based on my annual millage.£1000 saved by not trusting the suggestion of Kwikfit....Manager working there (John) was less than helpful - even said had no idea what the DPF error that then displayed on my dashboard when I picked the car up following service was. I googled it. It's the Diesel Particulate Filter which simply needs Adblue topping up - an item which incidentally I then found should have been an item on their check list.Beware - have used kwikfit in the past but this is the kind of faith that you would have synonymous with back street garage boys.(If KwikFit would like to contact me about this situation then happy to pick up - though doubt I will hear anything).

Went there today in a mad panic?..had a nail in my tyre and it was around 2 pm.It?s Friday and I needed to get my kids from Hertfordshire before making our way to Northamptonshire .Front desk a lovely lady called Jade calmed me down with a wicked smile and soon as her colleague came of lunch Jade had my vehicle taken in straight away and in fact the guys there noticed I needed two replacement tyres.They saved me and from my own experience I can?t fault this branch.Well done guys me and my kids got to Northamptonshire safely thanks to you .Ps Jade I kept my promise ??

Think manager Ahmed went above and beyond for the service provided. He understood what was required and kept the cost to minimum. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to use Kwik fit Hammersmith. Absolutely 11/10

After a very stressful night last night, getting a puncture on my hire car.. I went to Kwik Fit Wandsworth today to have it fixed.. I am SO impressed by the amazing service provided. I met 4 of most respectful, helpful young men. Thank you ever so much. From an irish visitor in London ????????

I needed a new tyre fairly urgently and Kwik Fit was the only place open on a Sunday afternoon before getting on the motorway. I didn?t expect it to be cheap, but wow! I was staggered by the price when told. £179 for one tyre. I had no choice but to go ahead. The young guys who were doing the fitting work were great. Very respectful and helpful. But the manager, or whoever the guy on the desk was, was not. All he cared about was being able to close the workshop at 4pm. As one of my passengers said, the guy was only thinking about being at home in front of the tv. He was as charmless and unsmiling as you like. Scoffed at the idea that the wheel alignment could be checked out, because that would take far too long. That?s fair enough, but there?s ways of saying that. Once I?d handed over the best part of £200 for one tyre, all he wanted was to get us out. He was literally pulling the shutter across the doorway as I was reversing out, and didn?t bother to say goodbye, thank you, or anything else. Of course I am glad that somewhere was open when we needed it on a Sunday. And that earns it a star, along with the pleasant fitters, who also get a star. But my overall feeling was that I was an inconvenience and they weren?t interested in us as much as getting home. I may have a nice new tyre, but on any other day of the week, I would go to a far cheaper place in Hammersmith with much better customer service.

Front desk was excellent, got me seen quickly. Technician was knowledgeable, went extra mile cleaning debris from wheel and greasing it, something main dealer did not do at service week before. Honest advice given and very satisfactory fix.

The reason I booked my tyre change with Kwik Fit is because of the alignment check. I had a tyre change booked in for 11am, I waited 45 mins before I was handed a receipt by the older employee, telling me the work had been completed. I questioned the alignment, if there was any issues and whether it needed adjusting, he replied 'its fine.' I had a suspicion the check hadn't been completed and I insisted and challenged him on it. Eventually he admitted he hadn't done it and that his colleague that usually does the alignment had called in sick today. Very frustrated but I let it go, because if that's the case then nothing can be done.I got in my car and put the keys in the ignition, only for another employee to catch my attention, letting me know my tyre wasn't complete and my wheel was still off, this could have been disastrous. I probably should have realised the car was still uneven, as the jack was on the front passenger side which I didn't not see when entering my car, but when I'm told the work is complete, I wasn't focused on that.I decided to challenge the other employee on the wheel alignment, to which he told me the alignment specialist was actually stood in the garage and had been the whole time.I had been lied to twice and nearly drove off with my car still on the jack, after being told the work was complete.Would not recommend this garage, steer well clear!

Never using Kwik-Fit again for anything. Support your local specialists instead and stay away from these car servicing "supermarkets".I had booked an 08:30 appointment for aircon regassing, pre paid 65 pounds online, went through the trouble of taking the morning off work to be there, only to arrive and find out that the aircon specialist didn't show up to work that day...Considering the procedure is almost fully automated I would've expected other staff members to be able to help, but was simply told "the guy might show up later this afternoon". I've asked for a refund and was told to call customer services as they wouldn't be able to do it on the spot. At least the lady on the phone was pleasant and helpfully sorted the refund in a couple minutes.

While I was informed that my windscreen washer fluids would be filled as part of the service as standard, they were not. This does leave me concerned as to what else has not been done that should be done. Disappointing from a service centre I have used for many years and from such a trusted brand.

Thank you Dave and Team Kwikfit for all your help in keeping our wheelchair adapted " Dispatch" on the Road. We found ourselves with a puncture and needed our adapted vehicle sorted. I rang Dave and not only did he have a tyre size to fit if the puncture couldn't be repaired but told me to get it down ASAP and they'd get us back on the road. Yes we got some air in our tyre and made it to depot. I then gave Dave the keys and as promised GOT us back on the road AND they repaired the puncture. Brilliant thanks again ?

Fantastic service with many smiles.I arrived unannounced at 3.15pm with the tyre pressure warning light on, was seen within 15mins and left by 4.30 having had the puncture repaired.I am so grateful.

There was a service light still on when i drove off. I called and they said they must have forgotten to switch it off. Told me to return on a tuesday to get it sorted. I thought it was not urgent and struggle to so i came in may. The light was red. It turns out the car had been due brake fluid change but this had been missed during the service. It was due in march 2023 the calendar month my service was done in.

Motability customer drove in for a tyre pressure check. No appointment. Turns out I needed 2 front tyres. Replaced them straight away. They really look after disabled customers here.

Sadly a two star from me too? I booked for a an inspection at 9am , got there on time at scheduled appointment for the manger to tell me , my name is on the list , however he rebooked me for later that date , No apologies at all.After coming back to collect the car , he refused to issue me with any paperwork or receipt a proof for the car being there and accused me I am being difficult for asking a legitimate question, finally got a quotation receipt and left with amusement?
