The worst bank ever . I wish 0 star was available in the selection. The self deposit machine took my money and did not deposit into my account. When I spoke to the staff I was told to just leave and they will call me at the end of the day . I left their worried about my money and whether I will ever get it . Another gentleman had his card and money taken too with no help . Their machines are as useless as the staff in this branch .

No star at all I wish I could give them 0 star, I try to withdraw some money from my business account and I couldn't the Manager she says you cannot withdraw money with out of your bank card , which is not true, I had my id with me. and she was acting like it?s her bank, I went back again and I ask for one-year bank statements, the same person came to me and she tries to help!!!!!!!she says ok no problem but when you order 1-year bank statements it's always a missing page!!!!!!! And when the statement came so many pages were missed. It's impossible to miss some pages unless you Don't want to do it. how come I have a page 3 and four but not page 1. I would never go back.

Atrocious! Harinder @ King Street was unprofessional and insensitive. Scanned my deceased sisters documents at counter. All the customers to observe. Closing account and to transfer sisters funds, she said check your bank balance every day! How atrocious is that behaviour. How totally unprofessional! Six days LATER I called bereavement team for update and they said documents did not scan!! They NOW need a form filled in. I'm grieving and organizing a funeral. ABHORRENT BEHAVIOUR!

I was on hold with Lloyds Bank hammersmith for one hour and 20 minutes . Finally I got through to customer service the connection phone line wasn?t very good the customer Assistant that I was speaking I told her that I couldn?t hear her very clearly . She then hanged up the phone I told her I was having trouble hearing her I expected a phone call back from customer service but she didn?t even bother to call back very annoying and frustrating waiting on the phone for one hour and 20 minutes just to be put through to a phone line that is not clear. Getting through to Lloyds bank customer service contact number is a nightmare at least call back if customers are disconnected instead I had to wait on the phone again ?

New to the UK, I want to open a simple bank account just to get my salary and pay my bills. I don't have any proof of address other than the all-inclusive tenancy agreement. The person on the phone told me that it would be OK. But when I came to the agency, it was rejected. That's all well and fine : I'll direct my £ 147k/year in another bank.

Beyond awful experience terrible customer service snappy tellers. I visited twice on a Saturday both times x2 ladies on reception tills vile to me. Unhelpful tired bored no energy one younger one older both with dark hair. Clearly they don't enjoy their job. Still waiting on a dormant account to be opened 6 weeks later.

Harassed after waiting patiently at the door, to make sure my exemption card was accepted by the staff member letting people in and out of the building. I could have just walked in because he had his back to me, but I waited to make sure I was allowed to enter. I always show a valid exemption card at the door first. In the queue I'm asked why I wasn't wearing a lanyard with a card around my neck even though I've just shown her my card. I politely explain that I've shown them an exemption card and don't need to wear a sign around my neck. I also explain very politely that it's not even a legal requirement to show proof, but I do anyway. Nice one Lloyds, discriminating against people with disabilities. Well done. Hope you're proud. The hostility levels from the cashier's behind the counter rise to the point I can cut the hostility with a knife just for politely questioning the way I'm being treated. I get the feeling any kind of protection of one's rights no matter how calmly stated is now classed as abuse. A customer starts eyeballing me, talking about me with the male cashier, while both shaking their heads. He also looks like he's trying to take a picture of me on his phone. He must have the snitches hotline on speed dial. He can't take the picture because I've seen what he's up to. The masked man leaves eyeballing me again trying to intimidate me. I feel like a character from George Orwell's book '1984'.Then I'm served by the female cashier who on my last visit tried to fill me with infection fear, which I very politely declined to indulge. I didn't visit the bank to be brainwashed, I just want to deposit my money and leave in peace. She's holding a grudge because I didn't allow myself to be lectured by someone who has absolutely no clue about science on my previous visit. I'm following the rules and I don't need people trying to suffocate me with their second hand mind control. I give her the cash and she tells me to enter my pin and then "take a step backwards away from the counter"!?? I'm well behind the perspex shield and no one else is being told to do that. She also tells me I can use the machine instead, making it clear that she doesn't want to serve me. I tell her I already know I can use the machine, but I choose not to. Her hostility rises even more.According to the NHS, Doctors and the Government, all Black and Asian people are the most infectious so maybe that's why she told me to stand back when she didn't say the same thing to her previous white customer. She's a nasty piece of work and I'm glad I already decided to make less deposits because of the horrendous behaviour I've experienced. The staff at Iceland and the guys on the door at Sainsbury's in Hammersmith, put them all to shame. I show my card and they are really nice about it and do not make people with disabilities feel unwelcome. If you've got a disability and or do not like being harrassed and treated like dirt, then I'd avoid Lloyds Bank Hammersmith. Dreadful beyond belief. I would have given minus zero stars if it were possible.
