What?s wrong with your drinks?Matcha latte and a babiccino. Watery drinks. See pictures. I asked for babiccino with milk foam and no cacao on top. It came with no foam and I was asked again if I wanted cacao powder on top (so the person who served me did not listen at all). Matcha latte? it saw better days?Maybe it is because they are in Hammersmith station and people are in a hurry, but all other pret serve better drinks

Conference room full of people waiting for £150 worth of Pret delivery scheduled between 11.30 & 12.30. When not arrived at 12.45 as not yet arrived I called to hear that it had not come up on the system properly. Deeply embarrassing. I love Pret but I don?t recommend their delivery

I went there around 19:30 on the 3rd of November. The man on the till was so disrespectful at first that he ignored me as I waited for him to log in on the till. Then he ignored me again and took an order from a lady behind me. When the lady asked me to go ahead, he was persistent in serving her, and eventually, when he served me, he was rude, as if he didn't want to serve me. Then he started to talk in another language to the barista, and no one was wearing name tags how to complain if customers have an issue with the staff? It's so disrespectful. I guess he should invest some time in training their team there.

Ordered an extra hot chai latte at your Hammersmith broadway ( district and picadily line). Very rude staff, need to remind them twice for my drink, took unusual time and then after long wait prepared my drink with skinny milk which I didn?t ordered, saying leave it or take it. This is unexpected behaviour, left my drink. This has spoilt my evening. Pret got the worst staff in that cafe.

Very rarely has ice for cold drinks on hot days when every other shop around it has ice, what's the point in paying a subscription?!

I had an extra hot chocolate, but they gave me regular hot. And the hot chocolate was not really regular taste. They put Less hot chocolate and more milk and regular hot which I asked for extra hot.

Multiple times i come to buy a cold drink, you told me you have no ice ! How could you not have ice !! Same for the other Pret outside Hammersmith tube station

If I can give 0 Star I will . bad Customer Service always they?re not happy to help this branch is really frustrating . Don?t expect to have ice drinks here at any season of the year. Sorry we don?t have this is their answer before you finish what are you going to order ???

Worst customer service experience I?ve ever had. Went into Pret for a coffee on the 27th of May at around 11:30-12, I ordered an iced soya milk latte from two young female employees. I spoke very clearly and assumed they both heard me correctly. When they gave me my drink it had normal milk in it so I politely asked ?is this with soya milk?? to which I received no answer but instead dirty looks. The girl making the drink snatched it back off the counter and reluctantly made a new one. The girl who took my order was smirking at me and being quite confrontational, telling me I was wrong and that I hadn?t ordered a soya milk latte, which I of course knew I had as it?s my regular coffee order but was met with passive aggressive ?you didn?t?s. The girl making the new drink slammed it on the counter and as I said ?thank you, sorry? they didn?t say anything and wouldn?t even look at me. I left crying and it ruined my whole day. Mistakes happen, it?s completely fine if you don?t hear someone, making the wrong drink happens but you would at least expect some basic decency (especially as that?s supposed to be their job). It takes a lot for me to write a review, this experience definitely stood out.
