Valerie, from the make-up department, was just wonderful. I highly recommend her. She was professional, patient and extremely helpful. She has a good eye for colours/colouring and advised me according. She saved me a lot of time and energy. Thank you ?

1 star because I can?t put 0!\\n\\nJust been yesterday to buy, like usual, my Perfectil tab and when I arrived to pay the girl told me I can?t have the second for half price if I don?t sign for their loyalty card which is totally false as I am use to go at Superdrug and never heard that! After leaving the shop she told me « let me double check » as she was obviously lying!\\nI am living nearby, they just lost a frequent customer, rather go to another shop where they won?t be that agressive!

Had to do a medical vaccination and booked i was running late tried ringing over 10 times.. finally got through to store spoke to a very nice gentleman and he helped me get through to the nurses section to hopefully rebook and explain further on course of treatment. spoke to a very rude lady who I assume will be administering the vaccination, hostile from as soon as she got on the phone, suddenly cant hear when I asked questions on the further advice. Will be booking elsewhere, its a paid for vaccination, even on the phone I expect good customer service, she had an obvious chip on her shoulder and wasn't helpful, if she is employed to be a nurse her bedside manner is as useful as a teacup in space.

I went to this shop on Monday around 3pm. My first impression was that the shop looks tidy and organized. Its easy to find products that you need. When I went to the counter there were working two indian men. The one that served me didnt really impress me with the service. First of all he didnt say hi or anything I had to do it first so he replied. Another thing is that he has an accent and it was really hard to understand him, I think that this issue is even bigger now during covid when people wear masks and there is a glass between cashier and customer. During transaction he was offering me some products saying \\\"take this mask\\\" or \\\"why dont you take this tissue\\\" which is kind of weird for me. I used to work in similar role or I often go shopping so what you usually hear is people saying \\\"would you like to try this mask\\\" or \\\"would you like to buy\\\" and then they say something about the product too . When you hear take something it sounds like its free. Anyway I asked about the products that he was offering me and he didnt know anything about them which was the worst couse how can you sell something that you have no idea about. So after his lack of knowledge I said no thank you for the products that he offered, I didnt want to buy them and he started insisting, insisting a lot which is bothering. I had to say no many times. Same was with the pionts card, I didnt want it and he was pushing me to take it because its free, even tho I clearly said no. I think that in this kind of shop should be at least one woman during the shift with the products knowledge so she can help out the customers that are mainly women. I am giving 4 stars because I was there long time ago and with right people serving customers it was good experience.

Got everything I needed and purchased a few more items with half price deals attached. So overall a nice shopping experience. The store was clean and well stocked with a good number of staff members available. I presented my superdrug points card at the till upon request from the cashier. I have found this card to be be very fruitful and would highly recommend having this free points card.

Went to Superdrug today and Olivia was amazing, so helpful and bubbly! She encouraged to buy this beautiful perfume, which I?m in love with! Been going there everyday just for her friendly self!

The store is nice but the pharmacy keeps confusing prescriptions or they don't communicate properly with doctors or sending prescription drugs back early, who knows. I had to go twice to pharmacy without success. Now i will get pills from another pharmacy
