Was served by 2 horrible young ladies one whose name was ?Ruma? the shop was dirty and disgusting when I picked up the last bottle of oil and asked for it to be cleaned they refused and asked me to leave. This is not where I want to be buying skin care and body care it?s too dirty and in the middle of a pandemic? More precautions should be taken!!!

I don?t go to Superdrug anymore because I get forced into getting a new loyalty card every time and it?s ridiculous. Last time I was getting clearly impatient about this lady at the counter asking for my email address as I kept saying I did NOT WANT another loyalty card and she wouldn?t let it go. I was tempted to leave and not buy the stuff I was intending to buy, but now decided to simply never go there again.

WORST Superdrug. The last time I went in the sales assistant at the till was talking to friends/family whatever, looked at me waiting to pay turning her head back to her whatevers continued to talk then they started handing over coins at a snails pace and laughing and one of them looked at me up and down and sneered...\\n\\nNow this had only been the second time I had been into this shop... I didn't know the sales assistant... Or the people she was talking to. They were speaking maybe Brazilian or Spanish... I can't remember, but I do remember what I did next...\\n\\nI shoved my bottles of Coke into a shampoo stand, so they all fell over and as it was a metal stand it sounded LOUD and I never went back to ANY Superdrug for about three years and never went back to this one. It was Easter Sunday 2017. I remember it clearly as I was working myself and yes it isn't a nice time to work, but her behaviour needed direct attention and I am glad it made her jump.\\n\\nI hope my review helps.

would give 0 stars if i could, customer service was terrible, would not let me in the shop but let other people in, felt racially profiled .

Valerie, from the make-up department, was just wonderful. I highly recommend her. She was professional, patient and extremely helpful. She has a good eye for colours/colouring and advised me according. She saved me a lot of time and energy. Thank you ?

1 star because I can?t put 0!Just been yesterday to buy, like usual, my Perfectil tab and when I arrived to pay the girl told me I can?t have the second for half price if I don?t sign for their loyalty card which is totally false as I am use to go at Superdrug and never heard that! After leaving the shop she told me « let me double check » as she was obviously lying!I am living nearby, they just lost a frequent customer, rather go to another shop where they won?t be that agressive!

Had to do a medical vaccination and booked i was running late tried ringing over 10 times.. finally got through to store spoke to a very nice gentleman and he helped me get through to the nurses section to hopefully rebook and explain further on course of treatment. spoke to a very rude lady who I assume will be administering the vaccination, hostile from as soon as she got on the phone, suddenly cant hear when I asked questions on the further advice. Will be booking elsewhere, its a paid for vaccination, even on the phone I expect good customer service, she had an obvious chip on her shoulder and wasn't helpful, if she is employed to be a nurse her bedside manner is as useful as a teacup in space.

I went to this shop on Monday around 3pm. My first impression was that the shop looks tidy and organized. Its easy to find products that you need. When I went to the counter there were working two indian men. The one that served me didnt really impress me with the service. First of all he didnt say hi or anything I had to do it first so he replied. Another thing is that he has an accent and it was really hard to understand him, I think that this issue is even bigger now during covid when people wear masks and there is a glass between cashier and customer. During transaction he was offering me some products saying "take this mask" or "why dont you take this tissue" which is kind of weird for me. I used to work in similar role or I often go shopping so what you usually hear is people saying "would you like to try this mask" or "would you like to buy" and then they say something about the product too . When you hear take something it sounds like its free. Anyway I asked about the products that he was offering me and he didnt know anything about them which was the worst couse how can you sell something that you have no idea about. So after his lack of knowledge I said no thank you for the products that he offered, I didnt want to buy them and he started insisting, insisting a lot which is bothering. I had to say no many times. Same was with the pionts card, I didnt want it and he was pushing me to take it because its free, even tho I clearly said no. I think that in this kind of shop should be at least one woman during the shift with the products knowledge so she can help out the customers that are mainly women. I am giving 4 stars because I was there long time ago and with right people serving customers it was good experience.

Got everything I needed and purchased a few more items with half price deals attached. So overall a nice shopping experience. The store was clean and well stocked with a good number of staff members available. I presented my superdrug points card at the till upon request from the cashier. I have found this card to be be very fruitful and would highly recommend having this free points card.

The Pharmacy at the Superdrug offers Outstanding service...Polite,fast and very friendly service. In conversation with the pharmacist she very kindly converted my private prescription to the generic drug saving me over £120....I am happy to promote them as they treat their customers with such kind respect and service.
I came here because the boot pharmacy next door has the most Disgusting Rude Fake scum working the chemist...never again..
Choose Superdrug Pharmacy and avoid the humiliation that the boots scum use on customers....

I've been in the Hammersmith store today,front of the Mall (usually I'm going to Ealing branch) and the staff was horrible, they not helpful, they speaking with you disgusting... I tried to find an item,It was 3for2, thought they have more in stock, I went to the till and the lady was looking at me(she was a black lady) like what the helI I want, she said she can not help me from the till (no one was waiting in the que and it was her and another girl serving, but she was just standing there... So she said she can not help me from the till I need to find someone else on the shopfloor, but it wasn't anyone there... I wanted to pay nearly £50 for my staff maybe more, but I decided to leave the shop straight away..I'm working in retail, I know the customer service how it needs to be, but the staff attitude and the way how they speaking with the customer is disgusting...I'm not going back there anymore, Ealing branch is smaller but the staff are really nice and helpful

If minus stars were an option i would give that. Staff are so rude and unhelpful. Had to call head office to resolve an issue. Only one decent member of staff there. I'd rather walk up to king street. Much more products and better staff. Will never go back to Broadway superdrugs again.
