Terrible. Today, I saw very rude staff. She worked at the counter this evening. I asked her "Card payment only or Cash OK" She answered "Card only". But actually it was wrong, cash payment is totally fine at Boots. She lied to customers. Terrible. Her attitude was really rude. She must learn how to work appropriately at a shoper of pharmacy, otherwise customer will feel terrible about boots because of her.

unhelpful staff who turned me away despite booking and them confirming it was all booked correctly on the system. Were not willing to compromise or even apologise.

If you need medicine, go to a real pharmacy! They have absolutely nothing in stock besides 1 or 2 shampoos. They can order for the next day but it?s not convenient.

One of the women behind the counter is extremely rude, zero customer service and impolite. If only it was possible to give 0 stars! She?ll continue filing the shelf for 10 min when there?s a line forming at the counter to pay! Asking for a location for something seems like she?s doing me a favor not her job! Ridiculous. Time another pharmacy came this side of Haverstock Hill to avoid this Boots altogether!

Had a terrible experience with the pharmacy team here, refused to dispense my private prescription despite there being no issues with it, went across the road to another pharmacy who dispensed it with no problem and said there was no issue with the prescription. The difference between experienced and inexperienced pharmacists!

It happened to me once that I've been given the wrong medication(I've asked something specific and they gave me something that I was allergic to), but I've gently asked if they can change it back and they did it with no problem. I've talked with a manager, I think, she's been really nice and polite, but she asked me who served me and I hope the lady wasn't in trouble after. Never had any other problem and no one has never been rude as all the comments said. It's normal to do mistakes or if they are in a bad mood one day.

Rude Asian woman/lady behind counter. To me and the person in front. Almost like she doesn't want to be there.

I go in here all the time to pick up various prescriptions, some of which there have been some warehouse stock issues with, every single staff member is so patient and helpful both working the counter and also in the pharmacy. Very appreciative of the lengths they go to to help and answer any questions.

Highly convenient and local pharmacist on the Haverstock, Hill. Shame that parking nearby is so difficult now with hard bicycle lanes. Well stocked.

Avoid. Shelves are empty most of the time but worst still, they employ a price markup practice where their online price is cheaper. I questioned why the in-store price is 10% higher than Boots online and the store clerk just said "that's how it is". If you must buy from Boots, buy online and collect in store. Or go elsewhere like me!

Just had a terrible experience here. My daughter is sick and we needed to collect her prescription. The lady made its so difficult telling us to go elsewhere? She was unbelievably unhelpful and sooo rude. AVOID THIS BOOTS!

I find, boots, useful, its a small shop,SO during, this pandemic, we have restrictions, on the amount of people, alowed in the shop, which can be a problem, but like most shops, we all must adapt. At the end of the day, it is far better, to have boot's there, that not, have it there. We must all be thankful, for small, mercys.
