Apart from all the reviews by other reviewers, i went to get my flu vaccination which was booked months in advance. On reaching there at 12 they told me the person who administers the flu shot is not available. I took off from work to make it. As a result i had to take another day off to go again. It is ridiculous why management thought it was not worth informing ppl before hand- surely the person would have communicated not turning up to work in the morning!! Pathetic service and pathetic ppl/ management.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. There is always a long queue and you have to wait long to be served. I am a wheelchair user and went there with my helper to collect my perscription yesterday. There was no queue and no one waiting for a change but they still kept us waiting for over 20 minutes to collect one item. I am guessing they ignored me because I was in a wheelchair. Dreadful.

This local Boots totally out of the blue have stopped notifying me about the readiness of my prescription meds orders, which is deeply frustrating and inconvenient. The staff here seems to be totally worn out which results in poor customer service. I?m considering switching to a different meds provider.

Absolutely shocking. Been calling for 30 minutes and no one picks up no matter what option you choose. I'm in need of picking up a prescription for my little one and this has wasted my time. Very poor.

Avoid at all the cost, they will lose your time? and your prescriptions.The pharmacy is constantly in chaos, nothing is organised. Waiting for 1h to collect your prescription, if you are lucky enough they have your medication in stock or if they have not lost your prescription.

Friendly service but 4 complaints: 1) prescription queues are too long 2) phone is never answered so you can't ring in advance to see if your prescription is ready (to avoid waiting in a long queue); 3) text alerts for prescriptions that are ready to collect are inconsistent; 4) they don't always have the meds you need. Think I'm switching to a different pharmacy.....

Shameful. Don't ever expect the chemist to answer the phone. I always have to make at least two trips every time my GP sends my refill, because they never acknowledge a prescription until you are standing directly in front of them. Then they have to order, then you have to chance the return because you can't get in touch with them to verify that the order is in. Avoid this place.

Avoid if possible. There?s never enough staff and those that are there are rude. The place is a mess.

There was an amazing team at Swiss Cottage but they changed staff and now it's absolute chaos in the pharmacy. You can be waiting weeks for them to address your prescription and they misplace them as no one is doing their job properly. You can also be waiting at the till for far too long. They clearly have a staffing issue in the store, so many customers complaining about the same problem.

Seriously guys, why be in the pharmacy business if you can't have the basic empathy for people? The person at the prescription desk saw me walk in and get in line to wait. After waiting for about 15 minutes she asks me to join the other line from the back. Upon asking why couldn't she tell me earlier, she tells me 'I can only see people in front of me'. Upon protesting, she just ignored me and started talking to the other person.Boots, are people invisible to you? Do you make the staff wear blinkers? Or are they just so overworked that they don't care?Easily the WORST staff in i've come across in London. I've had better front desk people at NHS, and they're free!Please avoid and go to Superdrug next door.

Joke of a pharmacy, don?t come here! I have had so many issues with simple prescriptions and orders. The staff have really bad attitude and the pharmacist management is non existent. They lost my prescription even though I was told it was ordered. Prescriptions that are texted ready to collect are never ready to collect. They have locums every other day who don?t know what they are doing and even when empty they seem to make a mess and nothing is ready.I think boots needs to launch a investigation into this boots and re-train it?s staff - shocked this pharmacy service. Will be finding a different pharmacy!
