Orders on deliveroo keep coming through Wrong and I am getting overcharged for items I do not even receive. This store is faking item sales on receipts and stealing peoples money: needless to say next time I am close by I will be getting my five finger discount. ???May even eat a meal whilst walking around the store?

Horrible traffic on Finchley Road going towards Swiss Cottage due to the petrol pump traffic queue. Best way to avoid traffic is to stay in the right lane going towards Swiss Cottage or take Fitz John to avoid traffic on Finchley Road either way or you would be stuck here for hours.

This is my nearest petrol station so it is the one I most use.Staff are always friendly and helpful and there?s a nice selection of reasonably priced snacks and car products.No complaints.

Hi, in past I have found the spar shop here a useful place to pop into occasionally. However, after my experience yesterday I won't be visiting again. During my visit, I was wearing a face mask as required but another customer entered twice without one - he was not challenged and started ridiculing me for wearing one - to make matters worse he staff supported and joked with him.

?Absolutely appalling. I bought jump lead cables here. I used them twice and they burnt out. At the time of purchase, the shop keeper said that they don?t refund car products. I asked why. He said because people use them once and then return them. I said I won?t do that but I will return them if they are faulty. He smiled. Well, guess what - they were faulty and I bet they knew it at the time and they still know it now and they continue to sell these.I tried to return them with a receipt and the bag they came in (but not the box) but they refused. They gave me all kinds of explanations why. They cited their policy about no refunds to which I said that doesn?t apply to faulty items. They said the manager was on holiday. Then they said he will be back tomorrow. Then they said he will be back in the afternoon. They said I should call the manufacturer. Then they asked if I had the box. The list went on and on. It was embarrassing.It?s a small amount of money but it is completely unacceptable that a company the size of BP can do this: albeit this is probably a franchise. The problem is, it just leaves a terrible impression irrespective of who ultimately owns it.?

Lovely new bright shop front advertising SPAR. Helpful friendly staff nice choice of hot food and Costa coffee. Everything you could want on you're morning shop.
