Royal Mail recently delivered several of our parcels to the wrong address and now they're lost. I don't understand how that's possible.

It?s a joke. ?We tried to deliver but you weren?t in? even though I work fromHome right by the front doorAnd on days when awaiting a royalMail deliver i don?t leave house for a minute. I have complained privately but don?t get a reply. The 24tm and 48tm labelling is misleading. Fraudulent. It makes you believe that your parcel will be delivered next day or in 48 hours. Until you read the small print. The actual average time for delivery is 7-8 days

they make it ABSOLUTE HELL for anyone to get their packages. firstly you never get your package on time, many days late (if you're lucky) . secondly they pretend to deliver your packages when they were supposed to so the company you get it from can never do anything even when you don't have it. thirdly i even caught the postman "delivering" a package once & he pressed the bell & immediately left, i was right by the door so i ran after him & called for him but he completely ignored me went into his van & drove off. it seems like the people working here don't even want to do their job at all.

Your customer service online and by phone is so bad that your business should not even exist. I will never use your services again. Fix basic issues such as lettinf people ask why their parcels are late by several weeks.

Unbelievably bad! They've had my 48 hour tracked delivery for over a week, with various pretend attempts to deliver and have now tried to scrub the tracking history to make it look like they've only had the parcel for a day.

I really hate giving bad reviews, and I do want to preface this by saying the lady I dealt with today was lovely but I think more training is needed at the depot.So basically my parcel was not delivered twice (even though I was home!) and no delivery card was left. So I went to the depot in Hampstead and asked if they could find my package using my tracking number.Whilst the lady was absolutely lovely, she really didn?t have enough training to deal with my query. She didn?t believe the tracking number on my receipt was Royal Mail! Even though I was showing her the evidence ON THE ROYAL MAIL APP that delivery had, in fact been attempted. Finally I managed to convince her that the tracking number was for a Royal Mail parcel. She had absolutely no way of seeing if my parcel was at the depot either.Anyway (and on a separate note), as soon as I got home I had a stack of someone else?s mail left at my door! It belonged to a completely different person at an address 5 mins walk away! I had to go and hand deliver it myself!Overall, my feedback to Royal Mail: please review staff training and customer service. Your staff should have help and tools to understand the postal tracking system correctly.And on a side note - if they can?t interpret an address and deliver it to the right house, they probably shouldn?t be delivering the mail!

How can a service operation as huge as Royal Mail is only open for 2 hours a day (if we?re lucky!). If I decided to only take customers orders and deal with customer service for 2 hours a day then I?d have no business- it?s crazy! Please stop killing small businesses, you already consistently lose parcels adding to our stress, jeopardising our reputation and depleting our profits with 0 way to resolve or recoup! So at least could the big rich bosses cover the staffing costs of someone to open the office to let us collect and drop off the parcels we pay you to manage for us.

Very poor postal service from this DO. We get, at best, 2 letter deliveries a week, and parcels have fake delivery attempts. Doesn't seem to be any way to hold them to account. Lots of lovely posties when we get the chance to meet them, smells like poor leadership at this office.

This office is now beyond a joke. No mail for days regardless of whether a package is coming by 24 hour tracking, and now I see the opening times are only 8-10am each day bar Saturday when it's till 12. Supposedly had a rota review to improve things but it's getting worse by the week.

I wish I could give no stars.This is the current state of affairs, and it?s not by any means unusual.Missing, not delivered, three eBay purchases, two Amazon, two medical tests (one of which has been recent, and seems to have disappeared as well), and any sort of mail for the past week.We had one delivery last week, which came after two weeks of no postie.Unbelievably shambolic, and that?s a direct quote from a postie.

just awful - click and collect service is abysmal, haven't come to collect so many times. Honestly worth paying the extra to go with Evri or DPD, wasted so many hours talking to a useless customer service.

Second time in a row a Special-Delivery-1 pm item didn't turn up on the 'guaranteed day'. Worrisome to think that Royal Mail is sinking to the low standards of Evri and Yodel!

Pretty objectively poor service. Two parcels in the same week are in the 'unable to attempt delivery' state for 5+ days. Every day my tracking says 'we plan to deliver today' but never turns up and never leaves a note saying where it is.

Went to the Hampstead Delivery Office (again) to collect/re-direct an item for an ex-tenant who has moved away. Yet again the office was closed and only open for 2 hours on a Monday. I can only collect items on Mondays as I work out of London on other days. The current opening hours simply do not accommodate residents who work 9.00 - 6.00 pm. and the Monday opening hours are a joke. The Royal Mail are not providing a good enough service and should not be surprised that customers are going elsewhere, especially for parcels and packets.

They said we didn`t delievr your parcels because your bell not working. This is not true, my bell working absolutely perfect,liar courier doesn`t want working, who and why gove job for people if he doesn`t want working and make delivery parcels. Very poor service
