If you want diversity, drama and a big selection of items this is probably the best large Sainsburys in the area.Because it serves so many communities and all buses stop here it is a very busy store.Whenever I go there is always some drama going on which adds to the entertainment not found in more parochial Sainsburys.

The actual Sainsbury?s is really nice, easy to shop, plenty of choice, wide aisles and never too longer queue times at checkout. The issue comes from the staff (not the Argos staff they?re amazing) but the Sainsbury?s store employees have no clue where items are located despite the fact they seem to spend most of their time restocking shelves !Staff are quite rude and prioritise their tasks over customer experience for example not allowing you to get past their trolleys and taking up unnecessary space and are generally unknowledgeable of sainsburys products.

Always changing products in aisles, shelves not stocked up. Lack of product choice it's getting overpriced especially on meat products. Management not helpful. Disabled toilets always out of orders. No wheelchair trolleys. Only members of staff doing great job are tobacco counter staff, cashier staff and Sandra at argos.

Sainsbury's got almost any item you seek. From fresh to frozen foods, snacks, toiletries, clothing, ..... you name it!

I went back here after the last bad experience, I really shouldn't of..totally disorganised, staff miserable and rude, smelt awful and some ex holiday camp entertainment on tanoid, can this place lower anymore?

Rotten layout. Spent 20 minutes searching for coffee and honey. Walked up and down the food aisles. Only found the coffee. Right at the back,in the corner. Wi-Fi is rubbish too.Avoid this branch if you can.

This store has suffered the same fate as their one in Camden, the dreaded "self service check out" revolution. All but five of the original staffed check outs have gone and have been replaced with self service ones. Of the remaining five, only one was staffed today and had eight people waiting. After waiting on line for 15 minutes I went to the customer service desk to ask if the other check outs could be opened. The lady at the desk tried to call the managers office but there was no reply. She put out a call on the tannoy for the manager "Gary" but he failed to appear. We were eventually served at the check out but the queue behind us had grown. Love or hate Sainsbury's, I always thought they were on point when it came to customer service. Alas, this is no longer true.

The bald asian manager (ABDUS) has a proper obsession with following innocent shoppers upto the self service then proceeds 2 follow you out the store upto nandos. Just make sure you stop at the costa coffee machine before the entrance and turn the tables and proceed 2 follow him. He absolutely hates it and he can't stand it. It's such a bubble clocking him squirm ??????. He must have small man syndrome. He'sproper over obsessed letting his 26k a year job go 2 his head. Your getting 2 big for your boots boy. Wind your neck in.........
