Doesn?t open on time. Waited FIFTEEN minutes past 10 AM when the sign clearly states they should be open at 10, and the guy didn?t even apologize when he finally opened the store.

There were issues at every single step of getting a new contract and the whole process was incredibly burdensome. Couldn?t even pick up my sim when it was finally ordered as the branch IT systems were so slow it took a day for them to recognise that my order had gone through, despite me being notified by Vodafone that it was in the shop.Also had to wait 40 minutes to be served when there were only two other people in the shop.

I bought wifi sim package for 1 month use. I called the switchboard to cancel the network registration for the sim after 2 days of use, they forced me to pay for 3 months. really bad . i paid the fee and felt the worst vodafone network in the UK.

Went into the Hampstead store to upgrade my Stone-Age iPhone, and was dreading the whole tech nightmare that I fully expected......but adviser Abigail was just brilliant - super nice, super-helpful, and totally efficient, transferred all my data to the new phone (the £25 charge for this was money well spent for a tech idiot like me), and she explained everything really clearly. The whole experience was great, big thanks to Abigail, I totally recommend this store......

I recently visited Vodafone Hampstead, I have to say what a really nice experience. Abigail was absolutely friendly and very helpful, instead of rushing the order, she took her time and helped from start until I picked up the brand new Samsung s22 ultra. I would have been lost if Abigail was not at the shop. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. Pay rise is in needed

I recently visited the Vodafone in Hampstead and I have to say in all the years of me visiting this store I had one of the best experiences to date.I had a charming, polite young woman called abigail serve me and wooow was it a dream.Not only did I notice her going above and beyond with other customers but in terms of my experience she found the best possible deal she could of given. The manager present at the store was also amazing.Feels good to visit a sales environment and feel you walked out with the best deal possible

One of the worst experience ever, they couldn't even help me on easy task, one team guy always went to ask his senior manager and when I insist on talking to this guy he explained me that the senior manager just left, what a bunch of ineffecient and not trust worthy human beings...what you learn out if it???don't go to Vodafone, never trust anything how can people be so dumb???
