I like this "dog friendly" cafe a lot, it's unpretentious Hampstead. Reasonably priced Earl Grey tea and surrounded by inquisitive people and books of course. My only criticism is the Wi-Fi connection, it's terrible. No matter where I sit in the cafe the signal strength and speed is poor, please fix this!

Great book store, but the WiFi is unusable! It's quite unbelievable, I had better WiFi in 2010. I come here to try and work but normally leave with 30 minutes, it's infuriating

Our architecture firm DOR Architects often comes to the cafe for meetings, or some of us work from here to get out of the office a bit. Their selection of books is fantastic, the place is a great Architectural reuse casestudy, and the cafe, food, staff and atmosphere are all wonderful. A real local gem!

Nice bookshop with great range of books. Staff are good with recommendations. The children's sections is also wonderful ?? there are also toys and board games as well. Upstairs there is a cafe which is a great bonus if you would like to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

I always find majority of the books I'm looking for in waterstones no matter online or in store and the best part is the 10th free book????.

Very cozy book store with lots to discover. It's nice to also take the time to look into books while having a hot beverage at their café (and maybe a scone or piece of pastry). The only thing is that I wish their restrooms were better kept.
