Awful service, rude and unprofessional. Came in 10min before closing time, when I paid for items and got my receipt (not itemised) I immediately asked to know the price of one of the items I had just purchased as it wasn't marked. The attendant turned off all the lights and told me they had closed and till was closed. I said I was entitled to know the price and if someone else in the shop would know, she simply ignored me. I was left standing in the dark trying to work out my expenses. Another woman came and told me the same thing. I am disgusted at their attitude. If you are that desperate to go home at 6pm then you should close earlier. I will return for a full refund, then I'll never return again.

Very helpful and lovely staff. I had my ears treated and the process was easy and painless and they feel so much better now! I would definitely recommend.

Really lovely food, excellent service and ambiance. We went for brunch on boxing day which was delicious and dinner the following day. Pizza delicious. Would highly recommend.

Went in last night the place was a tip, not overly full but still three deep at the bar every table and the counter stacked with empty glasses and used plates. Customers were having to clear and clean their tables

Lovely staff and good food. However I will say it?s extremely overpriced food and drink wise. Then again what?s not overpriced now. I will definitely keep this place in mind for the future

On a visit for dinner with friends on 6 July we were all highly impressed with the young pair of waiting staff on duty that night. OK the place wasn't busy but the demeanor and keeness to do a good job and ensure a nice dining experience was appreciated. Didn't get their names but they were a credit to their respective parents and to the company. Been here umpteen times before for lunches, dinners and drinks but never left a review. The ambience is good all year round and the food has always been well prepared. The offer at the bar is decent too. A very good asset for the High Street ever since they arrived.

Very Disappointing. Came for breakfast after opening time but as the chef was late not possible to eat until an hour later, even toast not available. Issue compounded by very off hand manner of the staff member, no apology and verging on confrontational. Still, plenty of other options in the High Street so not necessary to go back.

I tried to use this place for my ecover refills, as it is the closest to where I live that does this. However, of the past 5 times I've visited I've only been able to refill once. Either it's too close to closing time or someone isn't there to do it. Since I've gone out of my way to come here specifically for this service, it's very disappointing when I can't refill things.

Superb service. There was a huge and chaotic group of adults and children that joined while we were dining. The staff were extremely calm and accommodating and nothing seemed to phase them. However when the bill came, as way of an apology they knocked off the service charge. This seemed really unfair on the staff who had worked so hard. Management, please note it is not a good look to dock the staff tips.

Lovely food but understaffed. There was only one man serving all the tables in the restaurant. He was doing his best but it took half an hour for our food to arrive which meant we were late to the theatre.

What an amazing experience! Booked in to see Shriya at Verve to have a skin treatment done and look and feel great. Natural, painless and discreet. Highly recommend!
