Had my eyelashes and eyebrows done here today, this being the first time I?ve had them done here in so satisfied with the level of treatment and the care given with both procedures. This salon offers a wide range of products and a lot of advice on which would suit you best (I had a LOT of questions) it?s safe to say they were more than accommodating and friendly and I will be coming back here again no doubt I?ll be a loyal customer in not time at all. I feel beautiful thank you girls ?

Throughout my previous visits, punctuality has been an ongoing issue. I repeatedly found myself waiting a considerable amount of time beyond my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, my visit was no exception and left me feeling extremely unsatisfied.What particularly bothered me during this visit was the lack of attention to quality in favor of rushing appointments. I appreciate the quality of service I receive and it's disheartening to feel rushed without the attention to detail I expect. I walked out of the salon with the dye on my head because I was told to wait another 15 minutes, shocking considering I have bleach on my head! This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for me so I took it upon myself to go and wash it at home as I had no choice and couldn't wait any longer!.To add to my disappointment, I received several messages on WhatsApp saying that I had not paid for the services rendered. And he is going to report me to the police that he knows my home address. I think there was a misunderstanding because I always made sure to make my payments promptly during my visits. In addition, it was brought to my attention that she left an elastic in my hair and I was asked to bring it back as theft. These incidents only add to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.As a loyal customer, my expectations were to be met with professionalism, efficiency and exceptional service. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met and as a result I am forced to look for alternative options for my future salon needs.I sincerely hope you will consider my feedback and address these issues to ensure your customers' satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Leigh Ann has been my hairdresser for many years, and has been with me throughout my hair journey. Every single time the result is amazing! I won?t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

To justify my review, hope this helps to understand the rationale behind my this ??.Disappointing hair colour result, despite I had given exact colour numbers and quantities to be used, the hairdresser changed 1 of the 3 colours of the mix without consulting me or discussing beforehand. I had to revisit for second time (wasn?t charged for this) in order to get my colour fixed. Second attempt result is even worse, my roots are dark copper and my ends are dull almost blond, after the 1st wash, even if I was told that glossy dye was used in order to recover the result of the first attempt. Sadly significant difference between roots and ends colour, very obvious as copper colour is quite sensitive. Dark copper roots and very bright blondish shade ends.I have always been paying extra money as you had asked me to cover the cost of the L?Oréal colour, never had an objection, assuming this justifies the fact that you kept accepting my bookings as a regular customer paying 25 extra pounds per visit over the catalogue price ? in regards to my last visit, I clearly said that the colour is not good And you suggested to try to fix it on the next visit.Excellent review for Thalia who is extremely good with lashes and brows. Same to wood therapy and nails.

The account is under my daughters name. I recently visited jems salon last week for hair colour and cut and today for brows! Amazing ? they really put effort into what there doing! Service is great. The ladies are so welcoming and friendly! I?ve had so many comments on my hair. I?m also in love with my brows. The effort and time spent on my brows today was a shock as normally I?m rushed out the chair in other brow salons. So thank you very much jems salon will definitely be returning. Hannah ?

Disappointed as was hoping to check out this salon with a manicure first then possibly a haircut and colour. Phone number was switched off when I called, and no response to a text. Maybe manicure service no longer offered but a call back to say so would have been nice.A defensive reply from the owner has not done anything to help. I called the only number on the salon's own website, Treatwell, Salon finder and it was switched off. Correct I am not a current customer, but was hoping to become one My feedback was in no way derogatory, but given the owner's reply, this business is clearly thriving and in no need of new custom. Good luck to it.Do you have another number other than the one listed on your own and other websites? If so, please publish. As I said, I called the only number I could find, had an automated message that the phone was switched off, invited me to leave a message which I did. Hard to review your services if impossible to get an appointment in the first place! But from the attitude to less than positive feedback is anything to go by, I think I've done myself and other friends a big favour
