How long you can repair coffee machine? It is out of order 2 weeks already marked with lovely hand made sign. Unprofessional, brand damaging, unreliable

I went to this store today and was delighted by the great selection of products, however I did not appreciate being watched over by security every time I went to pick up an item and put it in my shopping basket. He then watched over intensely as I was paying for my shopping. Once I left he was no longer at the door but rather standing by the cashier checkout so his only duty was to watch me. I am happy to file a formal complaint or speak to the store manager about this as it was blatant that he was only following me because I am black. I can also point out the person if need be.

I recently visited Waitrose Hampton twice this week, and I'd like to provide some comprehensive feedback on my experience:1. Organic Lettuce: While I did purchase organic lettuce during my visits, I noticed that the quality of the lettuce left something to be desired. Unfortunately, it had some issues at the top, appearing slightly wilted or not as fresh as expected. It would be fantastic if Waitrose could pay closer attention to the quality of their organic produce.2. Other Grocery Items: On a positive note, I picked up lettuce, raspberries, grapes, feta cheese, and celery, and I must say they all looked fresh and appealing. It's evident that the store consistently maintains the quality of its produce and dairy products, which is certainly commendable. In addition to the grocery shopping experience, Waitrose Hampton offers some attractive perks:- Environmental Responsibility: You can enjoy a free hot drink if you bring your own reusable cup, which is a great initiative to reduce waste and promote sustainability.- Convenience: Waitrose has a user-friendly app that enhances the shopping experience and offers some savings. The app shows lower value prices on select items, although it's worth noting that overall prices at Waitrose tend to be higher than some other shops like Tesco and Sainsbury's.- Health Partnerships: I also learned that Waitrose has a partnership with Vitality (conditions apply) where you can earn up to 25% cashback on good health products. This is a fantastic incentive for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle while doing their grocery shopping. In summary, despite a minor setback with the organic lettuce and the fact that prices are generally higher than some competitors, Waitrose Hampton impresses with its fresh produce, sustainability efforts, and health-focused initiatives. The Waitrose app, with its cost-saving features, adds an extra layer of convenience, making it an appealing choice for grocery shopping.

I, a 25 year old man (who also looks 25, with a beard and all) drove to this store, my local store where I?ve been going for years, to buy one packet of paracetamol and ibuprofen. They refused to serve me because I couldn?t prove I was 16 ?. Brought the manager down and everything, showed him a photo of my id but no they could ?get in trouble?. Pathetic.

Disappointing customer experience. I was picking up online Order in the evening. Decided to do a bit of shopping as waitrose always has very interesting products which you can?t get elsewhere. The young guy who brought my order was very helpful and efficient. When I proceed to the self checkout, I couldn?t scan the funnel. Even it was under the choice for the ?other vegetable?. The computer didn?t instruct me to go weigh on the scale and obtain the barcode ticket. I kept trying and hoped someone could come to help. No one was available. I made an eye contact with young lady in the glasses. She quickly looked away. I waited cause I didn?t want to bother her. In the end there was still no one came to aid. I went to ask as I had no other choice unless I want to abandon the item. She did show me how to weigh and get the ticket. However she was not impressed she had to leave her ongoing task which was stocking up the shelves and shown me how to check out.Two problems here. One why the self checking system didn?t tell customers to weigh certain items on the scale so we could easily figure out ourselves. And staff won?t be troubled to explain again and again. Second there has been increasing level of young people working in the evening shifts. The level of helpfulness and patience towards customer has been not as same as before. One of the reasons we are drawn to waitrose is like John Lewis, they have more experienced and patient customer advisors than anywhere else. Less reason for me to pop in hoping a more relaxed jolly shopping experience.

Waitrose makes it a joy to be alive!I particularly like the approving nod you get from the security guard on entry and exit. The only thing that would make it better is if they could sell me the winning lottery ticket I keep asking for ?
